Guests are required to provide there own linen unless otherwise arranged when booking. All linen, including towels, bath mats etc can be provided with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure for $15 per single and $25 per queen and double for the whole stay.
Bedroom 1: - One Queen Bed and Modern Ensuite and fan.
Bedroom 2: - One Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3: - One Double Bed and 1 Single Bed. A very big room.
Bedroom 4: - Two Single Beds, and heaps of extra room with raised entertainment area including an IPOD amplifier, 26inch TV and chair to relax.
Sleeps nine very comfortably with all beds at floor level. (NO BUNK BEDS)
All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers.
** 6 SEPARATE BEDS all at floor level. (No bunk beds.)
** 1 PORTACOT. (Will fit in any of the bedrooms.)

Walk or drive to Supermarkets IGA & Coles or Cowes Beach. Many restaurants are very close in Thompson Ave. RSL is just around the corner in the other direction. Eat out every night & still have more places from which to choose. Banfields Cinema is even closer. Penquins, GP circuit, Wineries & Fun Parks for kids are all within easy reach.
