The Main house comprises 3 x seperate living areas. Upstairs consists of 2 x bedrooms, bathroom ,kitchen, dining & lounge with a large outdoor entertaining area boasting tranquil ocean views. Each bedroom has a double bed and single bed. Downstairs you will find 2 x bedrooms, bathroom, loungeroom and a fully equipped laundry. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 x porta cots if needed. Every room has a TV to ensure privacy and space. Perfect for 2 families.

The studio Apartment built in 2006 is fully self contained and beautifully appointed, comprising double bed, cosy sitting area, TV(Foxtel), heating/airconditioning, bathroom, kitchenette with stone bench tops, espresso machine ,kettle and microwave plus its own deck with private bush garden. Ideal for Grand Parents or parents with a newborn .

The lower lounge room comprises two couches, bean bags, a wall mounted flat screen TV(foxtel), DVD player. The lounge room overlooks a fenced off play ground at the rear of the property so parents can keep an eye on the kids while relaxing inside.

Upstairs you will find a stunning kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, highchair , heating/airconditioning and a window that overlooks over the playground. Adjoining the kitchen is a meals and lounge area with a TV (foxtel) and CD player, open up the sliding doors onto the huge deck and you have your outdoor room.

The deck is huge! with BBQ facilities an eight seater table, sun lounges and sweeping views of the ocean and the famed Anglesea golf course with its kangaroos. You’ll want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner out there!

Down on the ground you’ll find a flat block (1700 Square meters three house blocks!) fully fenced off, and a playground with its own separate fence, two cubby house\'s with a slide a sand pit and all the toys!

You can relax knowing the kids have a large safe area to run a muck in, you can also bring the family dog The Anglesea Beach House is pet friendly.(outside only) Parking for up to four cars with plenty of room to spare.

Anglesea offers beautiful safe beaches, excellent for swimming and surfing.

The beaches have large vegetation-covered sand dunes and are patrolled in summer,

Anglesea offers this as well as great shopping, cafes, paddle boats on the river, native wildlife, golf courses and much more...

Self Contained Studio Apartment- $160 per night

The Anglesea beach House also has a self contained studio apartment ideal for Grand parents or couples who have a new born baby .FEATURES:Smick Kitchette with stone bench tops, fridge, microwave,
Esppresso machine, kettle, cuttlery and crockery, bathroom, built in wardrobes, A/C, LCD TV with Foxtel,comfortable lounge, private deck. Air con, heating. The studio is rented out at $16p per night or please ask for a quote. The studio is perfect for grandparents or new parents-It is never rented out to strangers from the main house.
