What better way to enjoy your Byron Bay holiday than in a luxury, architect designed 5 bedroom house close to beautiful Tallow's beach. Situated at Suffolk Park just a few minutes from Byron Bay, where you can enjoy miles of unspoilt beauty plus some of the best surfing and fishing beaches in the area.

The large house features open plan living on 2 levels, high ceilings, polished timber floors and abundant light and ventilation. The upstairs consists of a well equipped chef's stainless steel kitchen, a large dining room table and a lounge area with leather couches and a day bed.

Sleeps 12 (MAX 8 adults)

The living areas all open onto a large north facing covered deck with hooded 6 burner BBQ and another large dining table designed to capture the cool summer breezes. There is also one Queen size bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom on this level. The ground floor has three very large queen size bedrooms. Of the three, one has an additional single bed and one has a day bed suitable for a young child. The three bedrooms downstairs are serviced by 2 bathrooms.

Four out of the five bedrooms now have LCD televisions with Austar installed for your convenience. Living area television is equipped with Austar HD IQ.

The house is fully airconditioned/heated along with free wireless internet. Ceiling fans in all rooms and the house is fully screened.

There is undercover parking for up to three vehicles in the carport. The house is secluded at the rear of the very private 800 sqm block with an 11 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

Byron Bay Golf Club is only 2 minutes drive away.

Also within a short walk is the village of Suffolk Park with its Tavern, shops, supermarket and restaurants. With Byron Bay only a five minutes drive away, this location is the perfect compromise between all the action of the Bay and the unspoilt beauty of Tallows Beach.

Linen and bath towels supplied and all beds made prior to your arrival. Hair dryer's are supplied for your convenience, just bring your beach towels and a book!

Beach House on Armstrong is perfect for that family reunion or annual get together with friends.

The house was perfect and the pool an added attraction for the children. It was close enough to the beach and safe bicycle riding near by. Everything we needed was in the house and it was spotlessly clean. A most relaxing time was enjoyed by all. "

"A fantastic venue for a gathering of family and friends to attend what turned out to be an extended weekend of fun built around a family wedding.The Beachhouse has a very functional layout with bedrooms off from the main living areas in all directions. It has a well equiped kitchen (can't think of anything else that you would need)and good sized dining areas both inside and out. On the deck we had plenty of room for all of us to gather around and share lots of food, drink and conversation. If you want to get away from the main gathering then the bedroom areas are very private and you can just chill out and watch TV. Lisa, the owner was a delight to deal with and very helpful. This is a top venue for a gathering of the clan. We must find another excuse to do it again."

"Excellent house for several families with children. Great Pool and private garden. Superbly equipped kitchen (the best we have ever had in holiday accomodation). Just about the only thing missing was the KitchenAid mixmaster. And Lisa and Simon are incredibly hospitable hosts -with the most outstanding information folder in the house full of great tips for a fabulous holiday. Definitely worth it for a big crowd. "

"What a fantastic place! A week with the family, including parents AND the in-laws, and we all had a ball. The house is so well laid out that we all had room to spread out and not trip over each other. Everyone had their favourite spots, reading in the Cape Cod chairs on the deck, relaxing on the sunny window seat, cooking up a storm in the enormous and well equipped kitchen or splashing about in the heated pool - even Grandma came swimming! Coffee in the morning was just a five-minute walk away, as well as fresh bread and all the essential groceries. The owners were so friendly and helpful and the huge folder of things to do and see was so useful, especially the info on the best breaks to surf, depending on the weather!! We could not have asked for more and can't wait to go back. We have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you so much for such a relaxing week away."

"In summary - the house was AWESOME! I expected good things - but it was even better than imagined. Fantastic location, size and layout- and you literally had absolutely everything that anyone could possibly need- already thought of and provided. Guests could literally show up with a towel and a pair of boardshorts and be set for weeks! All of the little touches (like information on things to do, local restaurants, "whale" dvd etc) were little gems. A heated pool and huge outside dining / bbq area meant that we could spend plenty of time outside in the wonderful garden and really feel like we were on holidays. Also, you couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating through all of our dealings (thanks for putting me on to the Top Shop - it is great!) ALL of the guests who stayed over the week were absolutely impressed, and could not beleive the " family friendly" layout of the house - and having a flat screen tv, Foxtel and Air Con in almost every room is just the icing on the cake. In summary - I would recommed (and have) your house to anyone looking for an oasis and to unwind - just far enough from Byron to feel a million miles from anywhere....... "
