Off-peak and shoulder Weekends with 6-8 people in the house pricing works out around or just under $55- per-person per-night (great value ,for such a great house in such a beautiful town).
The house features Superb Views over the Golf Course and Lovely Ocean Views, the house is spacious and makes for a great family , group or a couple/couples getaway, With solid balustrades , well placed windows and the overall design it offers occupants a great deal of privacy, for a supremely relaxing location for some time away. The house has 3 Bedrooms (all with queen sized beds) with the tower room being a sleeping alternative with comfy foldout couch .
The main level features the Main living area that has a Designer kitchen with island bench and all the necessary electrical items (with wide oven , hot plates , microwave , dishwasher , massive fridge with filtered water and ice ). The Lounge with Xtra comfy leather couch with dual chaises , 4 bean bags handy for larger groups, where you can watch 50' LCD TVand Dvd (Foxtel Platinium which guarantees TV reception which most places in Lorne with standard reception can not guarantee) and check out all the varying colors of the ocean, a split system and a fully stocked coonara wood fire; dinning section with 8 leather chairs has superb ocean and golf course views; a separate powder room next to main living area. Massive main deck,with outside table , sun lounges with cushions , BBQ & electric roll out awning ; master bedroom with leather queens sized bed with pillow-top matress,en-suite and deluxe spa-bath,BIR.

Bottom Level has a Large Bathroom with European Laundry and 2 Large Bedrooms each with digital TVs ,one can sleep 4 (with a Queen sized bed and roll out single trundle, PlayStation with games for the kids) the other downstairs bedroom has queen sized bed and built in robe.

Top level is the Tower room for relaxing and enjoying the views,a good size desk (wi-fi available for those with laptops) , leather foldout couch with double mattress available which can sleep 2, with smaller top level private deck with sun-lounge, deck chairs and table,a great place to read and escape the kids or the other people in your group.

Activities

ACTIVITIES Just across the road lies the Lorne Country club , a superbly manicured and challenging 9 hole course, when most other courses are brown and dusty Lorne remains green and lush, helped in part by the surrounding Otway Forest and with superb Ocean and Coastal Vistas it really is something special,nine holes will cost you $20- (and you can play 18 for $23.00 ,4 different tee offs). Tennis is $16 an hour on ent-e-cas courts. The beach is mere two minute drive away or a good 10-15 minute walk , probably 20 to get back up . There are loads of interesting things to see and do around Lorne , including beautiful and varied short and long walks ,waterfalls, galleries , restaurants and shopping along with it being a good base to venture out from to drive the Great Ocean Road , there is some amazing spots to discover all within an hours drive. Also whale watching season usually happens mid-winter July-September.

FOR THE KIDS, there's trampolines, a skate-park and a new JUST completed adventure playground all down on the foreshore(mainbeach) ,with ample space for running around and ball sports on the lush grass. A mini golf course is also down on the foreshore.
