Prepare your favourite treat in a kitchen which has a gas cook top, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Or take your cooking outdoors to the BBQ and outdoor setter in the large backyard measuring about 200m in dimension.

When it's time to turn in for the night, stretch out on the queen-size bed in Bedroom One. This room has a bed table, lamps, drawers and built-in wardrobe plus an en-suite bathroom with shower and a bath.

Bedroom Two can be used either as a bedroom or a study because it has a queen-size bed , built-in wardrobes and a substantial desk.

Unlimited internet is included in the price so just bring along your laptop, you can also bring some work with you if necessary. The telephone is left on for incoming call only.

A large enclosed sunroom just off the lounge has an extra queen-size air mattress to cater for one or two extra people meaning this residence can sleep up to 6 people. Let us know what your sleeping arrangements will be at the time of your booking and we can ensure it is set up prior to your arrival.

The second Bathroom a shower and a seperate large tub. All linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay and there is a separate Laundry with a washing machine and drier.

A bond of $2000 is required for this property; this is returned at the end of the tenancy after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A professional departure clean is charged for each booking.

Just 7 km from the centre of Sydney, sparkling Bondi Beach is 1km long with pools at the northern end and century-old baths at the southern end. It is protected by shark nets and patrolled by the bronzed lifeguards that feature on the TV show 'Bondi Rescue'.
