Only a few minutes walk to the beach a bright and sunny apartment with 1 full bedroom and one smaller suitable for a single bed / sofa bed or could be adapted as a study or home office.

It is in quiet street in a small well kept apartment block handy for the beach.
A parking permit can be obtained on showing your lease to the council and there is 2 hour street parking for visitors.

Polished timber floors throughout.
The apartment is newly painted and in excellent condition.
The dining/sitting room is delightful and very bright it has a large lounge sofa that will seat 2 or 3 and with an extra ottoman to match. There is a modern flat TV, and a DVD player for your home entertainment.

It has a full modern kitchen with a breakfast top and stools, a gas cooker, all cooking pans and a table ware, everything is there to prepare a meal or to make snack.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and bed lights.
The second bedroom can be tailored to suit your needs with a single size bed. It has a unit with hanging space for clothes, a bedside table and bedside light. Or, it can be used as a study or home office.

An excellent bathroom, it has a shower over the bath, a washbasin and toilet.
There is a coin operated laundry in the building with washer and driers.

This apartment is suitable for a couple or a family, (no more than 2 young children) and is available from the date stated

Bondi Beach, the sun, sand and surf is only a short walk and the bus stop is just down the Road.
There are lots of tempting, coffee shops, cafes, and very good restaurants all within a short walk.

A bus ride to the city would be about 20 minutes and if you wanted to explore around the Circular Quay you would be entertained by the many buskers and artists who are always there giving a show. A whole row of restaurants to tempt you to eat there.

A bus ride to Bondi Junction would take you to the Westfield's New international Shopping Centre. You could spend the day there; visit Myers and David Jones also lots of bargain shops.
Stay and eat, there is a very large Food Court with just about every kind of food available for you to enjoy.

A bond the equivalent of 4 weeks rent is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
There is also a charge for a professional departure clean.

Keys are to be picked up on the day of arrival at the stipulated time from our office.
