Out of Sight sleeps 7 people in 3 light-filled bedrooms that all open out onto the front garden. The master bedroom with Italian glass mosaic ensuite bathroom has a queen bed and LCD television, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has single bunk beds and a trundle bed.

Only 1hr 15mins (90Kms) from Sydney CBD.

There is a large second bathroom with laundry facilities that opens onto the back garden.

The comfortable living area features a Jetmaster gas log fireplace and includes a CD player, IPOD dock and built in ceiling speakers.

There is a separate cosy lounge area with a wall mounted LCD digital television and DVD player, board games and jigsaw puzzles.

The modern, bright kitchen is equipped with a Smeg double oven and rangehood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer.

The spacious deck and large, flat, grassy garden are furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

Featuring travertine marble flooring throughout, the house is all on ground level and is suitable for wheelchair access.
