Tranquil rural views compliment this 'Mid Century Modern' architectural classic which will provide you with space and comfort to relax and be re-energised.
Inside you'll find 5 bedrooms offering flexible sleeping options, a well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, formal and informal indoor dinning areas and large living room with a wonderful open fire, so you can sit back and relax whatever the weather.
Then there's a full size fenced tennis court, table tennis table or trampoline if you're after some active fun and at night the most stars you'll ever see in the sky!
Fantastic for families with kids…Get out and about: Visit Cape Liptrap Lighthouse, explore the old Limekilns, Fossick in the rock pools at Walkerville and grab an ice-cream from the kiosk, swim, surf, fish at any of the local beaches or spend time exploring wonderful Wilsons Prom.
Back at the house there is space for the kids to run, jump, skip, explore, along with a children's playroom filled with toys and games.
The kids will have so much fun they'll be asleep in no time…and it's so quiet they wont wake up!…then it's over to the adults for some wining and dining.
Bedrooms and living areas are separate providing 'quiet' zones for sleeping and relaxing. Sleeps up to13 guests within the 5 bedrooms.

Electric blankets on all beds except top bunks…inc cosy hot water bottles for the little ones to snuggle up to. Night lights provided so you can see your way around and lots of extra warm woollen blankets to throw on the bed if needed.
Enjoy BBQ lunch under the big umbrellas, take a stroll around the 5 acres and watch out for wallabies hopping down the driveway or wombats and echidnas waddling around.
Or just stay put on the verandah - a great place to take a cuppa, unwind, enjoy the views and listen to the birdsong.
Lara is centrally located to all the best beaches on the Gippsland coast: Walkerville, Waratah Bay, Sandy Point, Venus Bay, Bear Gully, Wilson's Prom and Cape Liptrap Coastal Park are all a short driving distance from the house.
We also have plenty of space for boats and trailers.
Discover and enjoy the excellent local wineries, cafes and restaurants serving great Gippsland produce.

Equipped for the whole family...
The house is single level…no stairs…so ideal for all ages, especially little ones who like to explore or older guests who just want to take it easy.
When your travelling with the family we know the car is generally full with just the food and the kids!
So we've equipped the house with a host of toys and practical items that hopefully help lighten your load.
2 portacots and extra cot mattress available, along with a highchair.
The laundry is spacious and has a brand new Front loader washing machine, large trough and sink, clothesline, clothes airer and iron ironing board.
Little toys for little people to play with in the bathroom…even some bubbles to make it more fun.
Big buckets of chalk so the kids can let their imagination go wild and showcase their talents as pavement artists. The verandah around Lara is great for a chalk drawing or 6!
A range of small bikes are left out in the carport…you are welcome to find one that fits your size and pedal around our beautiful long driveway.
The toy room is packed with fun, interesting toys for little ones, little chairs and table, paper, pencils, duplo, cars, trucks, jigsaws, kites, even buckets and spades to take to the beach.
For big kids and adults, the tennis court (raquets/balls supplied) and table tennis, crazy catch, baseball, bocce, footy & soccer balls, cricket sets even a couple of boogy boards for summer waves.
No one will be bored at night with the big flat screen TV and theatre sound DVD and HUGE selection of popular DVD's to choose from.
Also a small TV in the lounge room but really watching a cosy fire is the best viewing in that room.
The games cupboard in the hallway is packed with every great boardgame around…junior and senior versions, quality ravensburger jigsaws and card games to keep you up into the wee small hours.
Our friendly resident chooks 'Lara and Layla' will ensure you have a couple of fresh eggs for breakfast….while they cant quite supply a whole group the best fun is finding those two little eggs waiting for you every morning…our petite cane basket perfect for the smallest member to carry them back from the nest.
The kitchen is ready for action with a large 500 litre fridge freezer, Bar fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and older style double oven.
Bathrooms consist of 3 showers (one level entry), the en suite shower, 1 bathroom with bath and 1 shower up the top end of the house is great for rinsing off the kids- big and small- after a sandy day at the beach. 3 toilets.

"Thanks for our wonderful holiday. We really had such a great time - perfect house for entertaining young children. We did The Prom, both Walkervilles (walked the cliffs), The lighthouse, The Espy pub at Inverlock, the sand-dunes at Sandy Point, and lots of house based activities.
My 5 yo learnt how to ride without trainers. I knitted a scarf. The dads lit a fire in the brazier they found in the shed and chopped wood to their hearts content.... Yep - perfect...."
