Set in beautiful botanical surrounds on the South Coast near Cape Liptrap and just over 2 hours from Melbourne, 'Lara' is the ideal getaway for big or small groups. A great place to spend time with family and friends or celebrate special occasions. No traffic, no neighbours, no noise just a special place to relax and enjoy time out.
A meandering drive winds its way through the tea-tree tunnel to reveal a light filled architecturally designed house set on 5 acres surrounded by old growth gums, coastal banksias and beautiful herb & flower gardens.

Discover the local area - swim, surf, fish, explore, then return to the welcoming comforts of the large house. Close to magnificant Wilsons Prom, Walkerville, Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Venus Bay beaches. Plenty of space to accommodate families and friends in comfort.
- Sitting out on the verandah at dusk, listening to the birds and watching the sun go down.
- In winter, the weekend papers, a cup of coffee/tea, and a good CD while sitting in front of the open fire.
- Enjoy a BBQ at the big outdoor table.

- Head to the family friendly Tarwin Riverview pub for a meal.
- Located in nearby Fish Creek take time to visit the Celia Rosser gallery. Botanical drawings and cafe.
- Enjoy a wander around Inverloch, coffee, some shopping or a meal at the Espy.
- Tee off at the 18 hole picturesque Meeniyan golf course.
- Visit ever popular Koonwarra Farmers market...1st Sat/month.
ON ARRIVAL: All beds are made up so you can unpack and begin relaxing straight away.
Also supplied are bath mats/hand towels/ttowels, hand/bath soaps, dishwashing/cleaning basics, firewood, BBQ gas, tennis raquets.
There is a General Store, butcher, chemist, garage, hotel, at nearby Tarwin Lower.
Baby sitting is also available by prior arrangement if required.
Where ever possible we aim to offer a late checkout, this is dependant on other guests arriving same day.
Please note the property is not suitable for schoolies groups. Min age group bookings is 24.
