Directly opposite Nightcliff beach, and with a park and playground, tennis courts, cycle paths and an olympic-sized pool just across the road, we think this is the best located holiday apartment in all of Darwin.

Large sliding doors from the living area open onto your own fully fenced front yard and expansive views of the Nightcliff foreshore, sandstone cliffs, jetty, and the Arafura sea.

The apartment is fully equipped and ready for you to call home: linen, kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, microwave, full-sized fridge, TV, DVD, internet .... even tennis raquets, boogie boards, and pushbikes are included!

There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms, both airconditioned and with built-in wardrobes. The master, which has a window looking directly across to Nightcliff foreshore and the Arafura Sea, has an extra-comfortable queen-sized bed, and there are two bunks and a single in the second bedroom. A spare trundle bed and portacot and high-chair are available for a small extra fee.

One minute (walk) to pub, cafes, local shops, public transport.

10 minutes drive to CBD, airport, and Casuarina.

Perfectly suited to family, couples, and seniors, this is a great base from which to explore the Darwin and the Top End, or for a tropical beach holiday where you don\'t need to go anywhere or do anything except switch off and unwind.

At Nightcliff Beachside Apartment you have the opportunity to step away from the tourist trail and become part of the local lifestyle.

Experience Darwin\'s unique multiculturalism through the eyes of the local community: a casual wander to the local Nightcliff Markets, a paw-paw salad and a beef roti, and if you\'re lucky enough to be here at the time, the local SeaBreeze Festival.

You can explore the magnificent Nightcliff and Casuarina coastline with its glassy seas, sandstone cliffs, magnificent sunsets and sunrises, and intriguing caves and rock carvings.

Or, going further afield, you\'re just one hour from Litchfield National Park\'s crystal-clear waterfalls, cascades, and rock pools, and two hours from Kakadu World Heritage Area, with its jumping crocs, amazing landscapes and ancient Aboriginal rock art.

But you don\'t need to go that far, there\'s plenty of activity nearby: jog along the spectacular Nightcliff foreshore, fish the many local haunts (all within walking distance, and fishing gear provided!), explore the beautiful Rapid Creek and Water Gardens, swim in the Nightcliff pool built into the cliff top overlooking the beautiful Arafura Sea, or maybe a game of tennis in the courts just across the road?
