Absolute beach front cute romantic wheelchair friendly studio on Dee Why beach - voted the best beach in Sydney in 2007.

Beach front means just that with the constant soothing sound of waves below and the sights and sounds of children playing on the beach and in the fenced playground as I type this on the glass fronted balcony overlooking Dee Why beach.

The studio is newly renovated with a fabulous 'Eurotop' queen size bed with luxurious percale linen, and a single sofa bed with an innerspring, rather than a foam, mattress that is suitably large for an adult.

A portacot and high chair is also available should this be required for infants.

The studio features a modern kitchen and bathroom as well as a television and DVD player and original art on the wall.

Champagne or wine is included for stays of four days or more! We are happy to organise surprises for your lover of flowers, chocolates and champagne on ice for your arrival if requested by the true romantics!

Broadband internet is available for the less romantic!

Free off-street parking is a huge bonus especially during busy beach days.

As we are on a headland and so close to the beach there is very little traffic noise and the absence of a hotel keeps the area very quiet, safe and family friendly.

Dee Why is a magical piece of paradise only two beaches up from world famous Manly beach and connected to it by a bus service only three minutes walk away.

The bus to Manly also connects to a harbour ferry or Jetcat service to the CBD.

Alternatively Dee Why has a direct 30 minute bus service to the Sydney CBD or a 5 minutes bus service to Warringah Mall shopping centre and cinema complex.

The studio is therefore ideal for executives preferring to stay in divine surroundings near a beach rather than the CBD.

Long Reef golf course is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute beach walk past the birdlife of Dee Why lagoon.

Nature lovers can enjoy the varied marine life and birdlife on Long Reef rock platform at low tide or can walk the Bicentennial Walk to Curl Curl and on to Manly on the headland trail beginning just metres from your apartment.

A fenced children's playground, BBQ and picnic facilities are metres away and world class restaurants are a two minute walk across the beach front park.

There is a safe salt water wading pool as well as an Olympic sized rock pool just a few steps from the apartment and both with wheelchair access.

The beach is wide, safe and sandy and patrolled by the famous Australian volunteer life savers.

Evening beach walkers will encounter a number of beach fisherman. The rock platform immediately below the unit is popular for rock fisherman and avoided by the intrepid board surfers surfing the 'break'.

The onshore breezes allow wind surfing' kite sailing, hang gliding or flying your own kite.

Security screen doors on both sides of the studio allow the sea breezes through so you can sleep peacefully to the smell of salt air and to the sound of the waves below.

What better place to have a romantic interlude or just chill out for a few days without the hassle of driving for hours to north or south coast beaches that don't hold a candle to Dee Why and Long Reef.

For those not wishing to savour the gastronomic delights of the restaurant strip the kitchen has a standard refrigerator and microwave as well as a gas cooktop, oven, sink, electric jug and toaster.

All linen, bedding, towels and additional beach towels are provided. A shared coin operated laundry facility is next to the apartment.

Dee Why beach is arguably one of the best kept secrets in Sydney. Imagine playing golf on a magnificent headland jutting straight into the Pacific Ocean. Don't put off your visit any longer!

A splendid location with all that was promised on the web site ! You couldn't stay any closer to the beach than this elegant studio. There is a great view is from the balcony.

"WE FOUND THE LOCATION PERFECT FOR OUR REQUIREMENTS. IT WAS A WELL EQUIPPED AND TASTFULLY DECORATED WHICH GAVE THE APARTMENT A NICE RELAXING FEELING. WE ENJOYED BEING NEAR THE BEACH AND HAVING A LITTE BALCONY TO SIT OUTSIDE. WE ALSO THOUGHT THE ACCOMODATION COSTS WERE VERY GOOD VALUE. Non holiday weekly rate $1200 per couple per week or $200 per couple per night (min 5 nights). Third person $40 pn

Romantic weekends or two night stays $250 per couple per night. Third person $50 pn.

Romantic three and four night stays $200 per couple per night. Third person $40 pn.

Note: Aside from being less romantic any third person is best of child size as space is limited!
