Ellentree House is set on a beautiful 1200sqm block, studded with weeping elms, maples, rhododendrons, fruit trees and wisteria and kiwifruit covered pergolas. Enjoy the garden from a large north facing deck or secluded and spacious covered verandah. With three large bedrooms, multiple living areas, large open mezzanine attic overlooking the main living area including stunning renovated ceasarstone and s’s appliance gourmet kitchen. Three resort-style bathrooms all with large corner spas – there’s even a sauna for instant stress relief.
Only 5 minutes walking distance to train station and the quaint Blackheath Village. Near some of the best bushwalking tracks in the Blue Mountains.

This property comprises 3 sections which can be isolated for privacy or if desired can be opened up to use as open plan.
Section 1: Four poster queen size bed, sitting area, dining for 2 with kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Open fire. Marble bathroom, with separate shower, spa bath and sauna. It has its own separate entrance with private courtyard.
Section 2: Separate living room with entry foyer, open fire, separate bathroom with queen size bed, separate dining room with kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Slate bathroom with hydro therapy spa, and private fernery.
Section 3: This is the main part of the house, comprising full kitchen, smeg appliances, stainless steel dishwasher, ceaserstone benchtops, lounge room with leather lounges, mahogany dining table and gas fire. Bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with spa bath. Very spacious rear deck with several seating arrangements with access to garden.
Mezzanine Level: Double bed, single bed and 4 futon beds.

Ellentree House is situated in a peaceful location of Blackheath, with only a 5 minute walk to the village and train station and world famous bushwalking tracks. This property has been constructed from quality timbers, including marble and slate in bathrooms and ceaserstone benchtops in main kitchen. It is set in beautiful gardens with dual access from Wombat St and Ryder Ln, offering parting for 6 cars or more. Electric blankets and extra heaters in all rooms.
