Ala Moana Beachhouse (footsteps to the beach in Hawaiian), is two back from the beach and less than 100m from the Salt precinct shops, restaurants, day spa and 365-days a year patrolled flags.
The house itself has three bedrooms. A master king bedroom with ensuite upstairs, a queen bedroom downstairs and a third bedroom with two singles. The massive north-east wrap-around decks allow our guests to enjoy in-door, out-door living all year round. The home has been set-up with our guests absolute comfort our top priority, with a chef's kitchen, two lounge room areas, paytv on both tv's, dvd library, study, two bathrooms, three toilets and washrooms, internet, a gas bbq located off the kitchen to enjoy those cooling summer breezes, fresh off the Pacific Ocean. Linen and cleaning charges are included in the quoted price.
The house also has two undercover parking areas, accessed by remote control.

CONDITIONS OF USE
Ala Moana Beachhouse has council approval to operate as a holiday home. The conditions of use are as follows:
Strictly no parties to be held.
Not to be used for commercial purposes, etc. The quoted rate does not include excessive wear and tear on the home from guests staying.
Pets permitted at owners discretion.
A valid credit card number with expiration date must be given before check-in to serve as a security bond.
Guests numbers as approved by the owners.
50% deposit required as a confirmation of booking, with the balance due two weeks before arrival.
Credit cards can be accepted as payment.
Note: Minimum 3-nightly rental applies to off-peak of $890. Wintersun promotion only available for stays of 7 nights and longer.
