THE BEACH HOUSE

The Living Areas - 1st level;
The architects who designed this house have delivered a beautiful beach front home that is functional & stylish! Designed to capture the sea breezes the lower level is open plan with the fully equipped kitchen, dining & living rooms opening onto a large rear deck. Winter is made very special by the wood fireplace the is the centre of the living areas & warms the whole house.
The laundry & 3rd bathroom are also on this level.

The Bedrooms - 2nd level;
The Beach House Marcoola has 3 double sized bedrooms with versatile bedding configuration, master suite with king bed; king bed split in the second bedroom & 2 king singles in the 3rd bedroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans and windows facing the ocean for extra breezes. The master suite has its own balcony with a lazy hammock to while away the hours.

There are 3 bathrooms including the ensuite (2 up & 1 downstairs) & an out door shower for when you come off the beach!
The Yard
The house is fully fenced & pet friendly with lots of shady places for our four legged friends to hangout.
There is undercover parking for 2 vehicle at the front of the house & a 3rd in the driveway if needed.

This is perfect house for a divine Sunshine Coast holidaying for families, couples and friends.

LOCATION AND RATES

A fantastic holiday spot where surf, sand and sun are on tap and within striking distance of Brisbane.

It is arguably one of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast, and with its wide stretches of golden sand and sparkling blue water it is the ideal environment for a family holiday.

Positioned centrally on the Sunshine Coast, Marcoola beach side has so much to offer.

Hyatt Regency Golf Coarse is 4 minutes North.
Coolum Cafés are 8 minutes North.
Noosa Hastings Street and National Park are 25 minutes North
Mooloolaba Wharf is 20 minutes South.

Now for evenings we can offer you the enjoyment of our fantastic Surf Club with all the club facilities. Marcoola Beach has some fine restaurants serving beautiful meals to suit all, from gourmet seafood meals to Pizzas or fish n chips.

Positioned a few minutes walk to the patrolled beach for the swimmers. Or the dog friendly beach out the back for the family dog/s to play, the fisherman to catch Whiting, Bream or Taylor and/or the surfer to catch a few nice waves. A 5 minutes walk will take you to the covered children s playground and Beach BBQ area with plenty of room to throw the footy or have a game of cricket. Across from this is the local corner shop and famous Bulli café /takeaway.

But if you love a nature walk/bike ride, the bike path is located out the back gate. The 3 meter wide path leads you through a most beautiful nature reserve; this is great way to experience some of the local bird and animal life!
