Bella Retreat is a haven in every sense of the word. Set on 13 acres of jarrah and red-gum forest, you will feel completely 'away from it all' with the ability to view native birds and wildlife as you stroll through the property. Feel privileged to see the kangaroos grazing on the lawns. Access the property via a 200mt long driveway winding through the forest. The array of wildflowers to be viewed from the paved pergola at Bella Retreat or the many porches of Forestview Escape, invite guests to enjoy outdoor living in splendid surroundings.
This beautiful property has 2 houses : BELLA RETREAT & FORESTVIEW ESCAPE. Ideal for 2 families who want to be together but will also have the privacy of their own space.

FORESTVIEW can only be booked if Bella Retreat is also booked.

During or prime "Peak Period" (21st Dec 2012 - 7th Jan 2013) we only book out both our houses for the one booking.
If FORESTVIEW ESCAPE is also booked, THE PRICING IS THE SAME AS FOR BELLA RETREAT BUT A 10% DISCOUNT IS GIVEN.

We do this because guests come here for the privacy and do not want to see 'strangers' spoiling that sense, so we do not book out the houses to separate parties.
Bella Retreat has high timber vaulted ceilings and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is surrounded by beautiful native gardens and has 4 bedrooms which sleep 8 people. It has an al fresco dining area and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
There is a large selection of CD's, a large flat screen TV, games, videos and DVD's, to suit all ages on those cooler nights when you just want to snuggle by the wood fired pot belly stove.

Forestview Lodge has just been newly renovated so has brand new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. Each bedroom has ceiling fans. It has a flat screen tv with a selection of DVD's, games etc and a wood fired pot belly stove. Have a game of pool or play the antique piano. Listen to the sounds of the forest from one of the large balconies and feel surrounded by nature.

Child friendly, we have a small play area next to Bella Retreat and a large area between the 2 properties complete with 'assault course' and springfree trampoline.
Well behaved dogs are also welcome upon approval.
Bella Retreat is situated in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Located half way between Margaret River township and the stunning Redgate Beach, with award-wining wineries, Xanadu, Voyager and Leeuwin Estate just down the road, Bella Retreat is the ideal getaway.
Famous for international surfing competitions, Margaret River mouth is 10 mins drive away where spectacular scenery and awe inspiring waves may be viewed along this stretch of coastline.
Go and have a coffee or dine in one of the restaurants on offer in the Margaret River township or browse through the array of interesting shops and art galleries which are only 5 mins drive away.
You're in the heart of the Maragret River wine region and which ever way you turn there's a winery waiting to be explored. Swimming and surf beaches are within a short drive and the cafes, hotels and restaurants of the region are within easy driving or cycling distance.
Bella Retreat
There are 4 bedrooms. Two of these have Queensize beds, one has 2 single beds and the fourth has a set of bunk beds.
There are 2 bathrooms. One large main bathroom (with toilet, bath, handbasin and shower), one which doubles up as a laundry (with shower, handbasin) and a separate second toilet.
Forestview Escape
There are 3 bedrooms. One with a Queensize bed, one with 2 Single beds and one with 2 Singles which can be put together to form a Kingsize bed.
There are 2 bathrooms. One spacious with shower, toilet, vanity overlooking wonderful views of the forest. Another slightly smaller with the same facilities.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Price includes 2 adults and all linen/towels are provided.
Cancellation Policy :
The deposit is non-refundable if notice less than one month prior to arrival is given. The full rental will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival.
