Once you arrive at this amazing location, you won't need your car again. With the beach and lake on your doorstep and shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, tennis courts and parks only meters away, this house is right in the heart of Avoca.

Take a swim in the lake, the ocean or in your own on site 20 metre swimming pool.

Ideal for families and groups, this 5 bedroom beach house sleeps 12. Ideally positioned on a large block that opens straight on to the lake there is plenty of room to move, for the kids to play and it allows off road parking for approximately 6 cars.

With two TV / living rooms, a large open plan kitchen and an ideal outdoor entertaining BBQ area this house is lots of fun and is fantastic for spending time with friends and family.
