Once you arrive at this amazing location, you won't need your car again. With the beach and lake on your doorstep and shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, tennis courts and parks only meters away, this house is right in the heart of Avoca Beach.

Take a swim in the lake, the ocean or in your own on site indoor 20 metre heated swimming pool.

Ideal for families and groups, this 5 bedroom beach house sleeps 12. Ideally positioned on a large block that opens straight on to the lake there is plenty of room to move, for the kids to play and it allows off road parking for approximately 6 cars.

With two TV / living rooms, a large open plan kitchen and an ideal outdoor entertaining BBQ area this house is lots of fun and is fantastic for spending time with friends and family.

  • "This was a brilliant family beach house. Perfect location in Avoca beach. Lake on the doorstep (literally) providing endless entertainment and excellent fishing! The beach is beautiful as always, and was a thrill to wake up and see the ocean from the balcony while having breakfast. Early morning walks on the beach was my favourite timeout. Charlie was a kind and generous host. We stayed as a family of 5 (3 kids under 5 years old) and 2 grandparents. The weather was quite ordinary this summer, but the house was roomy and spacious for us all to relax and spread out. The pool was a lifesaver! Definately recommend this accomodation. We will be back."

  • "Great location, good coffee every morning from the cafe not far away! Stroll along the beach and back for a swim in the indoor pool. Kids loved going for paddles on the kayaks and the adults enjoying dinner out on the balcony overlooking beach and inlet. Needs a little bit of maintenance, but very clean, tidy and roomy! 6 adults and 5 kids very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone! "

  • "Thanks for a fantastic long weekend for a large family! The house was perfect from the number of rooms and lounge areas to its location - tennis and shops across the road, river, beach and paddleboats out the front. The highlight of the house though had to be the indoor heated pool - hours of easy entertainment right at home. Thanks again - highly recommend having a stay at the beach house. "

  • "What an amazing place, IDEAL location, quite possibly the best spot in Avoca Beach, so close to the shops, there's plenty to do from fishing to Kayaking, relaxing on the beach, tennis and the list goes on. Great for kids and adults alike. The house is an older style dwelling but is very clean, has lots of space, 2 seperate lounge areas and is your typical beach house. What an amazing weekend! If you need to relax and just get away from the daily stresses of work/life balance this is the place for you. "

  • "What a fabulous house in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights and it just wasn't long enough! Plenty of space, great for little children and the 'toys & pool' provided great entertainment and laughs on the lagoon! An older style interior but clean and tidy, the shower temps took a bit of getting just right! The local Chinese and Thai provided two yummy take away meals and coffee at Kahveh Cafe round the back hit the spot. We'll definitely be back again soon."

  • "We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at the Avoca Beach Holiday House and are already planning another trip for next year! AMAZING location - best spot in Avoca Beach if not the whole Central Coast. The lake and beach are your backyard and the main cafe/shopping street is a mere 30m across the road. The house itself is perfect for a group of friends or a large family, we loved the large verandah with beach and lake views, the indoor pool complete with hot showers and the two separate living rooms. Plenty of space to spread out as well as the large kitchen/dining area to have meals together. We will be back!"

  • "As a family group of eight adults and lots of small children we had an absolute ball at this property. So well designed that children and adults could have their own space and proximity to shops, beach,lake was fantastic. Along with all this, the bonus of the indoor pool for use, and all the extras like paddle boats for use on the lake.Clean, comfortable and very well equipped compared to some places we have stayed. We will recommend this place to others and definitely stay there again when there is a large group of us."

  • "This house is amazing! There is an indoor pool and the beach and river are literally in the backyard. We used the paddle boats and skis in the river which was really great. There is a kitchen, BBQ and when we didn't feel like cooking we walked 50 m into town where there are plenty of take-away options. We are already planning our next trip!"
