Apartment Facilities:

Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Coolangatta to the south, the hinterland and the mountains.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwater, refrigerator, and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Contains king size bed, built-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Second bedroom: Contains two single beds.

Main bathroom: Hand basin, shower, toilet, hair dryer and full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

Important Note about the Peninsula Resort:

We have been notified by the Building Supervisor of the Peninsula Resort that a project to replace the balustrade in the building will commence on Tuesday 27th January 2009. This will have the following effect on use of some of the facilities and the general enjoyment of the resort:

- From the 27th January 2009 until the 31st May 2009, all outdoor pools, spa and wading pool will be closed. Under the strict WH&S Legislation, this area falls within an exclusion zone and no access will be allowed during that period.

- Core drilling will also be taking place from 8.00 am – 4.00 pm each week day for the entire project period, which is estimated to be 12 months.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests.
