Our family consisting of husband and I, 2 children also My Mum and Sister had a wonderful time at perfect panorama. We arrived at night, tried after a flight from the UK, but the house cheered us up and impressed us straight away (plenty of room for everyone). Then awoke in the morning to the most wonderful array of bird song, and sun streaming through the window. So wandered onto the fantastic veranda and wow what a glorious view. The Kids loved it here, had lots of fun in the jacuzzi, and loved the nature reserve across the road, esp possum hunting at night. The only problem was we only had 5 nights - there is so much to do when you are not enjoying the house that we would have loved to stay for 2 weeks. Sandy and Sarj were wonderful, helping us out with a very good deal when we were let down on a previous booking and giving us a very good price. They couldn't have done more to help and make us feel welcome, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. I am now so glad we were let down in the first place as it couldn't be a patch on here.

We stayed for 2 nights in March and despite the wintery-like conditions, we had a wonderful time.
Sandy & Sarj are wonderful to deal with and very accommodating.
The house is well-stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The deck area is beautiful and spacious and the hot tub was fabulous to have during the chilly days.
We made great use of the fireplace.
The location is good, close to beaches and a nature reserve. The neighbours and people in the area are friendly.
I look forward to another stay in the future!

i stayed at Panorama in Mount Martha and it was excellent! The house is a big open living home that is perfect for groups looking for a quiet weekend away. The top level decking and the spa were a great touch to the house! Great location, great view and close enough to the beach and shops. We had such a great weekend we didnt event leave the house! Sandy and Sarj were a delight to deal with and even left us a bottle of bubbles on arrival! Cant wait to come back and stay for longer!

We stayed for 10 days over the Christmas/NY period. Very well provisioned property and the hosts have provided everything to make for an enjoyable stay for the family. Structure of the property gives good indoor and outdoor options and space for families to spread out. Amazing deck and view!

Perfect Panorama was Perfect for our family weekend getway! Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but the house was more than comfortable to be inside all day in front of the beautiful fire place. The kids enjoyed themselves as there was plenty of room for everyone. Will definately go back to stay at Perfect Panorama as Mt Martha is a beautiful place anytime of the year.

This house had a great cosy feel for a weekend away, even during winter. The fireplace & heated spa were great. The house was spotlessly cleaned & well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils & appliances. Definately worth the trip. Thanks Sarj & Sandy.

So happy to have come across this house, for a great getaway with friends and family.It was the Perfect house!
Me and my friends had a great weekend away! We enjoyed it very much! The whole setting of the house is beautifull, the spa! the open fire place! The outdoor deck! Amazing! Really a "WOWWW" in everyones eyes! That came to stay with me that weekend. Great getaway anytime of the year, evan winter! Very very friendly owner!

Thanks very much for your beatiful holiday house. We had a wonderful time and almost felt like living in a tree house & absolutely loved it.
We have been holidaying the area for the past 4 years & never had the caring owners like you!
Nothing was missing in the house that we wanted, after the long drive & not having to make beds was so brillient.

Lovely, new, comfortably furnished house perfect for relaxing with friends. We really enjoyed the deck and the hot tub with beautiful views, and the cosy wood fire. The owner was very accomodating too. A great place for a holiday!
