Fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining area - great for entertaining!
Large backyard with space for kids to play, and choice of 2 verandahs off the living areas.
Pets by negotiation.
Undercover parking for 2 cars.

The house is located in a quiet suburban area, but a 5 minute walk to a choice of 2 shopping centres (including supermarkets, cafes, pub, and restaurants). The same 5 minute walk takes you to CityExpress bus stop.
20 Minutes drive to the City, 15 minutes to Queensland University, 10 minutes to Indooroopilly Shoppingtown.
Centrally located in Brisbane\'s western suburbs.

"We enjoyed our stay here again. The house is very comfortable with lovely green leafy views from all windows. I would just make one small suggestion. The lighting in the lounge and dining area could be improved. It would be particularly useful to have a few reading lamps next to the couch and one near the lounge chair in the dining area as it is too dark in the evening to read. Other than that, everything else was great. "

"A lovely spacious house in a really nice quiet location. There are 2 shopping areas close by with various eateries etc. We had a car so did not check out the public transport links. The house is immaculately presented and very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended! Thanks."

"We stayed at Green Outlook in April when we moved to Queensland. The house is beautiful and has all the equipment and gadgets you would expect to find in your own home. We felt right at home. It is in a great location, close to two shopping centres and a short drive to a mall and the centre of Brisbane. The owners have been very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brisbane."

"This was the nicest Stays place I have ever been to. It was moden luxurious with so, so many extras. It was roomy enough for our large family to get ready for a wedding, you dont have to bring a thing, everything is so close with easy acess to the crazy Brisbane raods and attractions. The only problem I had was not staying long enough to really enjoy. Just loved it."

"My husband and I were looking for a house in a quiet position near to the City of Brisbane. Green Outlook had everything we could have wished for. Quiet cul-de-sac, modern kitchen with up market appliances, comfortable sofa, from which to watch TV, and also an internet connection in the study. Excellent laundry room, again with good washer and driver. The beds were fantastically comfortable and would shame alot of hotel chains. Good shopping precincts were within a few minutes drive. A choice of two, in fact, having anything and everything one could wish for. We think the house is one of the best we have rented, for the money, in our travels around the world!"

"The perfect property for our family - 2 nearly teens and would suit those with younger children too. Cot etc available. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and had all the mod cons (washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc). Would highly recommend this property, particularly if you need easy access to shops and bus routes to the city."
