Bellfan on the Bay

Bellfan is a renovated waterfront reserve airconditioned cottage on the bay at Pretty Beach.
It has filtered water views and is directly above the leash free dog walking track which winds around to the restaurants and cafes at Hardys Bay.

Bellfan sleeps 6 people.2 queens and 2 singles.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It also has timber floors and a covered deck for bbqs.
The bayside of the house is fenced and well behaved dogs are allowed inside but not on the furniture.

We invite you to watch the sunset over the bay while relaxing with a bbq on the deck with your complimentary chilled bottle of champagne.

Direct access to the water and the dog and cycling track makes Bellfan an ideal holiday destination for dogs and their families.

Local Attractions.

The boat ramp is 200 metres away but it is possible to access the water for kayaks etc in front of the house.
Boats and canoes can be hired from the local marina at Hardys Bay.

Killcare has a patrolled surf beach a few minutes drive over the hill and there is a leash free area of the beach available at all times for your dog to meet lots of other canine friends and romp on the sand.

Boudii National Park surrounds the area and has abundant walking trails and deserted beaches to explore.

The shops,cafes and restaurants at Hardys Bay are a stroll away along the dog track which winds around the bay.

Tennis courts and childrens playground are also a short walk away at Pretty Beach.

Check in time from 3 pm.
Checkout by 11 am unless other arrangements made at the time of booking.

This property is non smoking.
Bed linen provided but not towels.

Pets allowed inside the house but we would request that they not be allowed on the furniture.
Dog bowls and toys and treats provided.

$50 SURCHARGE APPLIES TO 4 OR MORE PEOPLE (EXCLUDING XMAS BOOKINGS).

CANCELLATION POLICY. Deposits/payments are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked for the same time and amount. In which case there will be a cancellation fee of $50 to cover administration costs.
