This home also features zoned living areas to maximise privacy and huge Decks along two whole sides. Two massive living areas are included with one having a stunning electric roof that opens to the stars above, perfect for nightime BBQ's or soaking up the sun and the sea breezes by day. The large sliding windows can be closed in winter creating a wonderful sun room for dining and relaxing. You will be in awe of the mighty humpback whales as they frolic off the shore, right under your nose.

Sand Castle sits on the headland between Freshwater and Curl Curl. It enjoys sweeping views of the Ocean, parks, beach and the suburb itself.

Sand Castle is five minutes walk to World Class Australian Beaches being both Freshwater and Curl Curl.

Sand Castle is only a few minutes by car and bus, or a good walk to the hustle and bustle of cosmopolitan Manly.

What you will find at Sand Castle?

Sand Castle features three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and there are two single beds in the third bedroom. An single trundle bed can be placed in the master bedroom for a 7th guest for an additional $40 per night.

Sand Castle has a main bathroom with full bath and an ensuite. It comes with large LCD television with Foxtel plus surround sound system and DVD Player, plus internet access (BYO laptop). It also has a small TV in the master.

Sand Castle has a separate dining room with a full setting for six, and two outdoor settings on the covered deck with seating for 10.

The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in the kitchen. The large washing line is located in a private courtyard and clothes racks are supplied for drying clothes on the decks.

Sand Castle has off street parking for one vehicle.

Sand Castle is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is for relaxing beach holidays or weekend getaways with family and friends but strictly no parties.
