Fully sprung dance floor in large living & dining area, large fully screened viewing/entertaining deck overlooking lagoon with bbq - at the rear of the house, at the front a full length verandah with rocking chairs to sit back and just breathe the fresh air and admire the serenity and peacefulness of the natural australian bush. Manicured walking/jogging tracks meander through the property for your private enjoyment & leisure.
Abundant wildlife- kangaroos & baby joeys, echidna, kookaburras (fed on feeding post) ducks, goannas, koalas.

The beauty of the property is that it can accommodate families, with spacious bedrooms and plenty of room in the house there is always areas to get away to. At night without the distractions of street lights or other houses it is pitch black so star gazing is awesome! With the privacy of the 28 acres you will feel that you are lightyears away from anything, yet you are only 5 minutes by car to Port Macquarie CBD & 3 minutes to Woolworths & shopping Centre.
Dining out is only a matter of walking to the end of the driveway and hopping on the ferry across the Hastings river (which run 24 hours a day) and walking into the local restaurant.
You can walk for miles along the beach and not see another person - magic! The surf beach is great, and there is a protected area near the breakwall that is safe for toddlers swimming.
