Modern 2 bedroom, 2 level townhouse just off the Esplandade with ocean views over Fisherman's beach. Only minutes from surf beaches, Torquay centre and quality golf courses.
Fully furnished with quality fit-out and ideally suited for immediate use, 'nothing-to-do' get away.
Excellent walking along whites and fisherman's beaches. 20-30 minute walk to town - very relaxing, or very convenient 2-3 minute drive.
Accomodates 2-4 persons with queen size beds in each bedroom (main bedroom is upstairs with adjoining ensuite, and the second bedroom is downstairs with adjacent stand alone bathroom).
A roll away bed makes for a fifth person set-up in the bottom sitting room. Prefer couples or families and not suited for large groups or parties.
Not available for 'schoolies' and only rented during that period (November to Christmas) to previous tennants or other known clients.
Quality appliances in kitchen provides full cooking facilities and BBQ available on outdoor setting. Good quality linen is provided and laundry facilities available. Set-up to cater for weekend get-aways or extended holidays.
Check-in and check-out times are nominally set at 12:midday. Alteration is available subject to confirmation with the owner. The property is presented as a private house (rather than corporate or business asset) and the cleaning and presentation between stays is subject to availabilty of contacts. Typically we will require upto a clear day before and after bookings to accomodate the cleaning contract, and hence any booking that presses against other committed bookings (within 24 hours) will need consultation and confirmation.
