Accomodates 2-4 persons with queen size beds in each bedroom. A roll away bed makes for a fifth person set up in the bottom sitting room. Prefer couples or families and not suited for large groups or parties.

Not available for 'schoolies' and only rented during that period to previous tennants or other known clients.
