Bush Retreat

Description

The Bush Retreat , is part of a very large house on a 5 acre rural property. You have your own private and separate entry and your area has 2 bedrooms and a lounge/dining area.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite with double shower and toilet. There is also a double sofa bed in the bedroom. The room is very large so space is not a problem. There is also a walk in robe. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a second toilet with vanity and basin adjacent to the second bedroom ( but this does not have a shower ).

The lounge is beautifully decorated with leather lounge and large 42 cm LCD TV, together with CD stereo and DVD player.

There is a glass top dining table in the lounge area with a 2 door fridge, microwave , kettle and toaster, cutlery crockery etc. Your kitchen is an outside kitchen and BBQ which is on your private verandah with granite dining table and sea grass chairs.

The BBQ has an oven and a wok cooker so is perfect for casual holiday meals. Your host Michael is an expert at cooking BBQ roast lamb and is happy to help.

The Bush Retreat is part of a large 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. The owners area is completely separate from your area.

For stays longer than 7 - 10 days, we will even change your bed linen and towels weekly.

Outside facilities

The lounge room opens out onto your private and spacious verandah with a beautiful outdoor setting which over looks the pool and gardens. There is an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and a wok cooker, with saucepans and everything you need for cooking.

The laundry area is adjacant but separate to the main house. It has a front loader washing and dryer. It is always open and is available for use by tennants at any time. Washing powder is provided.

There is a fantastic pool and cabana area, just great for those hot summer days.

Your hosts are very friendly and always willing to help.

Terms and Conditions

April 1 st - Nov 15th 2009
$420 per week for 2 people
Stays longer than 4 weeks are negotiable.

Nov 16th - Jan 31st 2010
$480 per week for 2 people


A 50 % deposit is required at time of confirmation of booking. For long stays this can be adjusted. The balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival.

There is $ 250 bond.
$50 cleaning fee at the end of stay.

If a booking is cancelled, a refund ( Less $50 ) is only given if the allocated time is rebooked.

Check in time : After 2 pm
Check out time : 11 am or before, unless otherwise arranged with the owners.

Parties are not allowed.
