The Bush Retreat , is a truely beautiful house set on 5 acres of bushland with surounding landscaped garens and a fantastic swimming pool and cabana.

The property is only about 20 mins south of Perth on the Kwinana Freeway, 20 minutes to Fremantle, 5 mins to the train station, and only 10 mins to Rockingham.
It really is quite convenient because of its proximity to the Kwinana Freeway and Tonkin Hwy; but you'll have the wonderful peace and quiet in a rural setting. No alarms or traffic noise to wake you in the morning....just the birds.

The Bush retreat has 3 large bedrooms all with queen bedsm and 2 bathrooms. (One of the bed/bath is upstairs). However the max number of guests is 4 so is ideal for two couples each having their own ensuite.

The open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen is huge. Kitchen is fully equiped with all mod cons including dishwasher.

Lounge has 42 " LCD TV , reverse cycle aircond plus pot belly stove if you like a wood fire on a cold night.

The verandah outside overlooks the lovely gardens, where you have a 4 burner gas BBQ, and outdoor setting. Great for summer nights cooking.

Unfortunately we do not rent to families with young children or babies.

Outside facilities

The lounge room opens out onto your private and spacious verandah with a beautiful outdoor setting which over looks the gardens.

The laundry area is adjacant but separate to the main house. It has a front loader washing and dryer. It is always open and is available for use by everyone at any time.

There is a fantastic pool and cabana area, just great for those hot summer days.

Your hosts are very friendly and always willing to help, and only live onsite 1 day a week. Owners have their own entry and rooms separated and closed off for privacy, which ajoins the Bush Retreat, but is in no way shared. Rates Terms and Conditions

Price depends on the number of people staying and the time of year. . There is a loading for public holidays and school holidays. Linen and towels and cleaning products are all supplied.

Rates:
$850 - $1500 per week depending on length of stay, and number of guests, and time of the year. ( Max 4 )

There is $400 bond. $100 linen and setup fee applies to all bookings. Payment of rent is paid at least 14 days prior to arrival.

If a booking is cancelled, a refund ( Less $100 ) is only given if the allocated time is rebooked. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 30 days prior to booked dates. STRICTLY no parties allowed.
