NEEDING EXCELLENT VALUE - PERTH ACCOMMODATION?

Come & relax in our Holiday House. We also have the Midland Gate Villa if you need more accommodation. As this has just been put on website check guest comments on Midland Gate Villa to see how satisfied guests are with us.
The two places are about 5 mins drive apart.

Short drive to airports. Less than 1/2 hour to City.

Family Breaks is great for families. Mum & Dad can enjoy a Spa Bath & relax watching Foxtel on the 82 cm LCD TV while the kids play safely in the enclosed backyard that can be locked for extra safety. The kids can play on the swings, enclosed trampoline, see saw etc or can be entertained watching the kids channels on Foxtel or play with the toys.

The house has new kitchen, floor & wall coverings, leather lounge suite etc. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom. There are two other bedrooms with 2 sets of bunks & there is a sofa that folds out into a double bed in the family room.

Each of the bedrooms has floor to ceiling mirrored robed with drawers & hanging space.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Midland Gate Shopping Centre. Very big shopping centre - shops, movies, cafes etc.

Swan Valley- Kids will love the Cuddly Animal Farm & Caversham Wildlife Park & Whiteman Park, Chocolate Factory,
Nougart Factory etc. Mum & Dad will love the Wineries, cafes, restaurants, & craft shops.

Historic Guildford short drive away.

Take the train to the City, Fremantle, Mandurah or the North of Perth.

VERY CONVENIENT

The house is fully equipped. We supply the bedlinen, bedding, towels etc & the kithen is fully equipped. As is the laundry with a front loader washing machine & dryer.

There is a hooded BBQ on the back Patio. Also an outdoor setting.

There is a hairdryer & alarm clock provided as well.

Walk to local supermarket, video shop, deli, newsagent, pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, pizza, chinese & chooks takeaway food outlets. (At end of street.)

The location is very quiet and central to the hills areas, including the delightful Swan Valley. I'd definately recommend it to anyone wanting access to the east of Perth.   • "Family Breaks is exactly that! We got a break staying here because the kids were happy, settled and amused! The swings, trampoline, cubby, bikes and space were a god-send! While it rained, foxtel kept them happy, so I got to relax. The house is tidy, and roomy enough for a young family like mine to get comfortable, and settle into a normal routine. Thanks so much Vicki, we will definitely stay again!"

  • "It's a very nice experience to stay in such a neat & tidy place, especially with the warm welcome from Vicki � home-made sandwiches and lots of kind assistance! We can make our own meal in the fully equipped kitchen, go shopping in the Midland Gate Centre within walking distance, have easy access to various transportation to Perth city and places within Swan Valley �etc. We did have a lot of fun and comfortable stay in Midland Gate Villa.
