A truly unique, peaceful, secluded location, but only 5 minutes by car into town. Feed the parrots from the verandah, while pelicans and sea eagles soar overhead. A birdwatchers paradise.

Watch the echidnas feed literally on the doorstep, or stroll down to the Lake foreshore for a spot of Bream fishing. Alternatively, cast a line from the surf beach, for Salmon or enjoy a coastal walk through the dunes and spot the seals and the dolphins.

Fully refurbished 3 bedroom holiday house, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dishwasher. Quality furnishings, electric heating and ceiling fans.
Two upstairs bedrooms with Queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs, a separate self contained bedroom for the children with TV, two singles and a fold out bed, shower, basin and toilet.
Sleeps 2- 7 comfortably. Ample car and boat parking.

Living area opening on to balcony with outdoor setting and BBQ, and magnificent uninterrupted lake, surf and mountain views surround the house.
Living room has large flatscreen TV and quality audio system, DVD and video, DVDs CDs and board games are provided.

We are pet friendly, with secure outside dog fence. Laundry facilities include washing machine iron and board, outside clothes line. All bed linen, towels, tea towels etc provided.
Our guests love the house especially the unique location and keep coming back to repeat the experience.

The only thing I have missed is a box of tissues to wipe away the tears of joy such a peaceful place has brought me.”
