North facing, very new, warm, sunny, 4 bedroom house.

One bathroom with separate shower bay and a bath. Separate toilet.
Double bedroom over looks the water, second double bedroom, third bedroom has 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There are also 2 port-a-cots if required and a high chair.

Fully self contained - cooktop, oven, microwave, BBQ . Washing machine, drier, ironing facilities. Quality bed linen and towels are provided . All you need to bring is your food and personal items.

This rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear etc... Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.
