It is also within easy walking distance of St John of God Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and King Edward Memorial Hospital as well as a 2 minute walk to a shuttle Bus that stops at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital on its way to the University of WA. It\'s a 10 minute drive to Challenge Stadium.
Nearby Rokeby Rd and the surrounding streets are home to many designer boutiques, gift shops, homewares shops and beauty salons. A great location for shopping sprees. If you can\'t find it in Subi take the train to the City, Claremont or Cottesloe!
Many businesses are also located in Subiaco which makes this a good base for the executive traveller.
The Train Station which is 2 minutes walk away gives you easy access to Perth CBD as well as Fremantle and the Western Suburbs.
