Brand New, simply stunning 3 Bedroom house tucked away in the most private of settings yet only a very short walk to everything that Dinner Plain has to offer.

Extensive carparking in the driveway, including an undercover space, ski storage, drying room, laundry, central bathroom, ensuite bathroom with a double shower that has the most amazing view you will ever see from a bathroom!

Very light, bright and cosy living area with slow combustion wood fire, huge wall mounted Plasma TV, dining area, large kitchen with Gas cooking, large oven, dishwasher, intergrated fridge, stone benchtops.

From the living area there are Bi-fold doors which lead onto a large terrace with outdoor setting, BBQ and a 6 person outdoor spa with amazing views!

All bedrooms have a TV on the wall with cable TV channels and a built in DVD player.

This property has an additional satelite Austar Service, which has all sport channels, sky racing, extra news channels, and some additional documentaries, entertainment and kids channels.

As the property is brand new, there are no pets allowed.

Bedding Configuration

This property sleeps up to 8 adults in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a queen bed with ensuite, there is also a double bed in the 2nd bedroom, and there are 2 x single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom

Linen is provided.

Please note that the nightly rate for midweek stays is calculated on the basis of 5 nights. The property manager will be able to confirm an exact rate for you based on the length and dates of your stay.

Bookings outside of the ski season may require a minimum stay for use of the outdoor spa

About Dinner Plain

Dinner Plain is at 1550m above sea level and is only 10 minutes by bus or car to the Mt Hotham ski lifts. This very unique town is covered in white snow for much of winter and offers extensive cross country skiing as well as a beginners downhill ski run.

Dinner Plain offers year round activity such as horseriding, fishing, bushwalking, mountain bike riding, motorbike riding, sightseeing, golf at omeo, tambo valley or bright, and simply relaxing and enjoying the cooler summer temperatures

There are also 6 restaurants which offer some of the best food and wine you will ever come across, all within walking distance of each other and of this property

There is a regular bus service to Mt Hotham during the ski season, which takes only 10 minutes. This property is witihn 100 metres of a bus stop.
