Combustion wood fire place in lounge and wood combustion heater/oven in kitchen/dining as well as electric stove/oven and Microwave.
Main Bedroom consists of Queen size bed, Second room has Double bed as well as a single Trundle bed. Large front veranda and small back patio. Escape to the Beautiful Barrington Tops National Park, Visit \" Ladies Wells\" swimming hole in the Forest Park. The property allows for up to 2 small outside pets as the house is fenced.

Bedrooms consist on Queen size bed in main, second room has double bed and there is a single Trundle bed available as well. Visit Local Wineries and Olive farms. Lostock Dam is nearby and only a short trip to Patterson ( Historic Township) and Maitland. Newcastle only an 50 min away. 2 small dogs are permitted to stay as the house is fenced.
