From the lounge you can stretch out on the couch or louge in one of the comfortable chairs and take in the sights of boats drifting on the water or the lights dotting the night sky. On a warm day you can open the sliding doors on to the balcony and enjoy the water breezes.

Dine at the teak dining table, (to seat 6) or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor table setting on the massive balcony.
Sip your morning coffee or pour a glass of wine at dusk while your eyes feast on the river vista that is laid out before you.

Switch on your favourite show on the Plasma-screen TV with a DVDCD player Foxtel is installed at this property and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, Movie and several other popular channels.

There is a classic 70s kitchen with all modern conveniences from a new refrigerator and dishwasher to a microwave, with electric oven and cook top. Ample cupboard space and all crockery is provided, as are towels and linen.

Bedroom One has a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves for storage, bedside tables and lights. It has a modern white tiled en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Bedroom Two: Has two single beds that can be made into a king sized bed; we just need notice in order for our housekeepers to make up the beds as required. Bedside tables and lamps and also a hanging robe and a chest of drawers give plenty of room for your clothes and personal items.

The main bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
Other features of this apartment include a separate laundry with a washing machine and drier.
Street parking is easy and there is visitors parking on site.

Clear balustrades provide ultimate viewing pleasure, taking in the breath of the mighty Parramatta River, the heritage-listed Gladesville Bridge and the striking skylines of Chatswood, North Sydney and the City of Sydney
When it's time to unwind, take advantage of the pristine pool downstairs which is located riverside or take a fishing rod down to the jetty and try your luck.

Abbotsford offers a host of opportunities to explore. The nearest cafe and restaurant is a few minutes away by foot while shopping centres and the Sydney Rowing Club are well within reach. The ferry is only five minutes away, as is the bus stop which will take you into Sydney city in only 15 minutes on the express.
Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.

A bond of $1500 is required; this is returned at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is a charge $275 for a professional departure clean.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons. Internet access available (optional extra) If you require an internet modem let us know before you arrive and we will have it ready for you.

While in Sydney you should spend time also in the Harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs. Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction where Westfields International Shopping centre is now open. One of the largest malls in Australia and has 2 levels of restuarants.
Royal Randwick to indulge your racing experience, Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.
