Bathroom Two is excellent condition and has bath, shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. Other features of this apartment include a vacuum cleaner and a separate laundry with a combined washing machine and drier.
When it’s time to unwind, take advantage of the pristine pool downstairs which is located riverside or take a fishing rod down to the jetty and try your luck.
The apartment is pet friendly for a small animal but it must be noted that an extra charge at the end of the lease will be made for a professional carpet clean to prepare for the next tenant.
Parking is sometimes available in the visitor bays. There is plenty of unlimited parking on the street.

Abbotsford offers a host of opportunities to explore. The nearest café and restaurant is a few minutes away by foot while shopping centres and the Sydney Bowling Club are well within reach. The ferry is only five minutes away, as is the bus stop which will take you into Sydney city in only 15 minutes on the express.
For those with health challenges, this apartment is superbly positioned. The Concord Hospital and The Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital, featured in Channel 9’s reality TV show, are only 15 minutes away. And there are several medical centres in the vicinity.
Bond and Departure Clean
A bond is required but this is refunded at the end of the stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge for a professional departure clean.
