VALEDON at 11 Tourmaline Avenue Pearl Beach, is one of Pearl Beachs original cottages and encompasses most modern facilities. The charming three-bedroom cottage with lounge, dining room and modern kitchen that opens onto a large private outdoor deck. VALEDON Pearl Beach comfortably accommodates six people.

VALEDON Pearl Beach is set amongst a large landscaped garden with mature trees, big enough for back yard football!

VALEDON Pearl Beach is just a 75 metre stroll to the beach and Pearl Beachs only general store, cafe and restaurant.

Location

Pearl Beach is a small quaint village on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, less than 90km north by road from the City of Sydney centre. Pearl Beach is ideal for families.

Local Attractions

Fronting the Pacific Ocean, Pearl Beach is surrounded by the Brisbane Water National Park. There are extensive walking and cycling trails with stunning coastal vistas to explore nearby. There is also tennis to play, or laps to swim in the ocean pool.

  • "We rented Valedon for the week of Christmas as we had parents visiting from the UK and we wanted to show them more than just what Sydney has to offer. Valedon is real old beach charmer, from walking in the door you instantly felt at home. The decor and furnishings were a mix of the old original fixtures garnished with the odd renovation, the bathroom was upgraded. The garden is the icing on the cake, we spent all afternoons and evenings in it less time at the beach than we expected as the garden was so enjoyable. We enjoyed looking out for the possums, badicoots, Cockatoos and Kookaburra's, imagine children would love this. This house is not for anyone that likes anything ultra modern Valedon is more for people looking for charm and character and close proximity to the beach. Chris the owner was great to deal with, he is an excellent communicator and always quick to respond to any of our queries. Looking forward to our next visit to Valedon and the ever beautiful Pearly! "

  • "We had an absolutely wonderful time both romantic, relaxing, and active. We were absolute water babies and enjoyed the beach being so close, only a minute walk. I would certainly recommend Valedon highly to any family or friends who are looking for a wonderful getaway. We will definitely be back. We also enjoyed the brush turkey who came to visit us every day to make sur we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Valedon has also inspired my partner to renovate another old home. "

Best thing was a the very short, level walk to a great beach. It can be a bit of risk booking things off the net but I was thrilled with the place. It didn't have 5 star carpet but everything else was perfect - can't wait to go back. julaine"
