With direct access to the beach, it is located about 200m from the small beachside Marcoola Beach shops and restaurant precinct and the Surf Club. In addition to the 3 living areas, 2 upstairs and 1 down, the house is equipped with lots of extras for your entertainment - 2 plasma televisions (one upstairs, one down), DVDs, books, boogie board, games, table tennis table, and free WiFi.

Upstairs, the 2 open plan living areas with polished hardwood flooring, both have floor to ceiling louvres to let in the sea breezes. The main living area which can be closed off from the family room has views overlooking the beach bushland to the east and the Blackall Ranges to the west. It has comfortable seating and a dining area for 8 people. The other living room upstairs, the family room, has a 42" plasma television, and is just off the well-equipped kitchen, with a second dining table and seating for 8 and also comfortable lounge seating. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas are also provided.

Downstairs, the third living/retreat area with polished concrete flooring has a second plasma television and DVD player. In the breezeway garage there is a table tennis table and gas BBQ, and there are also two outdoor showers for your comfort after coming off the beach. The house has direct access to the bikeway too.
