The property is in a quiet location close to the beach and wineries, golf courses, galleries and restaurants. 2 1/2 hours drive from Perth between Bunbury and Busselton.
Local Attractions
20 Minute drive to Bunbury or Busselton. 30-40 Minute drive to Margaret River region. Capel Vale and Killerby wineries within 10 minutes drive. 2 1/2 hour drive from Perth and surrounded by beach, wetlands, Tuart Forest and farm pasture. Lovely views of the coastline to Bunbury.

Great apartment, great location...home from home just perfect.
This property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our long weekend. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Suitable for young kids. We will definately stay at this property again if we go back to Peppermint Grove Beach.
