This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a totally self contained (including linen and towels) apartment in a resort style secure complex, close to the centre of Perth.

The apartment has under-cover, secure car parking, for 1 car, at no extra charge. The master bedroom has one queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed with a single bunk above, providing generous accommodation for 7 adults and 1 baby. All beds have doonas and blankets.

Cot and high chair provided free of charge.

The swimming pool is set in a lush garden with tropical waterfalls and palm trees, spa, sauna, gym and BBQ. There is also an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge adjacent to the pool.

There is a large lounge/dining area with reverse cycle airconditioning, and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Note, the air conditioing in the living area cools the wntire apartment. There are no a/c units in the bedrooms.

The ensuite contains a bath with shower and the main bathroom features a laundry area with a washing machine, laundry sink and clothes dryer, as well as a large shower unit. Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are also provided. There are 2 toilets.

East Perth

Located at the eastern end of Perth, close to the Cathedral, and central business district. The WACA, Gloucester Park, and Swan River, all within walking distance. Free undercover secure parking for one car.

Walk to the City, Swan River, parks, cathedral, Royal Mint and a short drive to Buswood.

This apartment is located on the free Red and Yellow Cat bus routes and within the City of Perth free bus zone.

Please note that our apartments are in residential apartment buildings, with the majority of residents working during the week and sometimes doing shift work in the nearby Perth hospital.

We therefore ask you to please respect the other tenants and ensure that you return to the apartment quietly without disturbing other residents and that whilst around the pool you do not make too much noise.

Please ensure no more people are in the apartment than were booked to stay.

Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
