Watch the dolphins from the living room, dining, kitchen or deck from our gorgeous absolute beachfront 5 bedroom beach house.
It has everything you need to unwind and completely relax including a newly renovated bathroom with a 2 person spa and double shower. Also provided is 3TVs, 2 Videos/DVD players, stereo complete with Ipod dock and video/dvd library. During the winter months keep toasty warm with log burner and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
All the beds have just been upgraded in April 06 to very good quality mattresses and guarantee a great nights sleep listening to the ocean.
Cook scrumptious meals in the stainless steel oven and microwave. Leave the dishwasher to do the washing up. 2 large fridges mean you can keep all the bear cold.
Ensuite bathroom as well as 2 sep toilets and outdoor shower put an end to queuing for the loo or shower!
Large deck and lawn area also takes in the views and there is beach access from the house.
A laundry with large washing machine and 2 dryers with linen supplied upon request.
Only 2.5 hours from Sydney in the quiet unspoilt little town of Culburra. Only 15 min from Nowra,Callala and 30 min from Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay.
Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, bed 2 has a double bed, bed 3 has 4 bunk beds, bed 4 has 4 bunk beds and bedroom 5 has a double bed and ensuite.
3 toilets, 1 spa bath, 3 showers.
How to get there
From Sydney take the eastern distributor to Southerland and onto Highway 1 past Wollongong and on to Nowra. When you arrive at Nowra you proceed through Nowra past Nowra Fair until you see a sign on the left for Culburra, Greenwell Point and Callala Bay. Turn left at the lights and you will see a large pub next to the junction continue on for until you see a right turn for Culburra. Turn right and follow all the way to Culburra.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us stay at Culburra Beach House just before Easter. The house was perfect for our young family. Short trips to the beach were all we could manage with our kids but the experience was extended by the great view from the house and backyard. We could have stayed for longer!

Our third visit to Culburra Beach House. This is a large, clean, well maintained house in a great location, walk straight on to the beach. Our dogs love being able to come on holidays with us. Our only suggestion for an improvement would be a blind to protect from morning sun.

We had a fantastic stay at the Culburra Beach House. Everything that you could imagine was supplied and some. Very clean and tidy and had a real beach house feel to it. The icing on the cake was the immediate access to the beach to walk with my dogs every morning. What a wonderful way to start the day!!!!! We will definitley be back in the very near future. This was our second visit within a month. Once without the children as an adult break and this time with the children. Also our 2 maltese dogs. All of us want to live there so if you are looking to sell??? We have already reccomended Culberra Marina to others but also want to keep it our secret. We will be back ASAP. The weather was wild, huge waves rolling in from the horizon. Was awesome to watch the changing view from the comfort and warmth of this lovely beach house. Cooking was a pleasure with such a well equipped kitchen and did I mention the view? We spent most of our time just chilling out, reading, eating, arguing and snoozing. Just as we'd planned! And our dogs loved it!I'll certainly be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in the house. Perfect weather, beautiful views, warm water, dolphins and good fishing. What more could you ask for and all literally on the doorstep!! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will certainly stay there again.

I loved staying here. The peace and the proximity to the beach made it very special. To fully utilise the outside space some sort of shade would be wonderful . Because, sitting outside and eating your breakfast with your dog at your feet, watching the waves and dolphins is pretty close to bliss.

Fanstastic location and house. Suits 2 families with children perfectly. Beach a stone's throw away and so peaceful. Dolphin watching, beach fishing, walks all make for a great getaway. House well equipped, heated bathroom floors & towelracks & combustion fireplace make chillier weather not a problem. Highly recommended.

We booked this house during August and were blessed with the best weather. There were 4 children and 7 adults and with the house being beach front the kids just took off all thoughts of computers and tech toys forgotten! The adults went for long walks, read and chilled out. The back of the house is well thought out with the whole area devoted to living, dining and cooking. That is if you can tear yourself away from the amazing view.

We loved our weekend at Culburra Beach House. The position was perfect, the beds and pillows so comfortable, the kitchen really well stocked. Our only suggestion would be for proper blinds on the windows in the living room to keep the heat in during the winter months. We will definitely be going back for another weekend next year.

My family and I, with our pet puppies spent a glorious week at the house relaxing and enjoying the beauty and the serenity that is Culburra Beach. The beach is on the backdoor steps, so it was easy to enjoy strolls. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay so got to enjoy the beach completely. Everything you need is only a short drive away, making the holiday more relaxing! We are already planning our return trip.

We stayed at the Culburra Beach House recently for a church camp and it was a very enjoyable experience.
The Culburra Beach House has stunning views, with the beach right in your backyard. The house is roomy with plenty of beds, and the shower looks brand new. There is also a fire place (which was very nice for us as we stayed during a chilly winter) and shops close by.
Overall a great experience! Will definitely come again!

Culburra Beach House was awesome! I was hesitant in writing this review because I want to keep this south coast secret to myself!!! Spectacular views (we saw so many dolphins) beautiful front yard and excellently appointed house, with a marvellous kitchen. This place sleeps 14 people with plenty of room to spare. I can?t wait to go back!!!

We were delighted with the beach house. The property is clean and well maintained, and is well provisioned for cooking, as well as diversions for kids of all ages. The view is magnificent, the beds comfy, with easy access to the beach from the back garden. Geckos in the garden proved a great hit with the kids, and our dog was happy in his temporary home. We were also pleasantly surprised that sand flies and mosquitoes were not visitors to the beach house. Love the dolphins in the nmorning. Can't wait to return.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our weekend at Culburra Beach House. The weather was fantastic, and the house catered for all 12 of us beautifully. The location is unbeatable. Will definitely book again. Little things were thought of like Ipod connection, teatowels, 2 fridges, TV in the kids rooms, outdoor shower and a dishwasher that all go towards a relaxing comfortable stay.

If you're looking for a true beach getaway then this has to be it. The combined living, dining and kitchen created a wonderful, relaxing light filled space which easily accomodated our large family gathering of 6 big people, 4 little people and 2 furry people over Christmas. On sunny days we pretty much lived on the beach whilst on the wetter days we all played games around the table watching the storms roll in over the ocean - just heaven. We've stayed in a few properties on Culburra Beach but will only ever book this beach house from now on.

Our third fantastic stay at Culburra Beach House, even in rain there isn't a nicer place to be. Comfy lounges, a log fire and watching the surf at the back door. The beds are lovely and there is a cot, highchair and toys for the kids. There is now even a dock and speakers for the ipod!!
We now book Culburra Beach House automatically from one year to the next.

We just spent two nights in your lovely beach house. The nights were cold enough to have the log fire going and warm enough to have an al fresco bbq brunch after a walk along the beach. We took photos on the back deck overlooking the ocean as the sun was setting with glasses of wine to make our friends jealous!!! It wasn't long enough so we'll just have to come back again. Culburra Beach House was AMAZING. From the moment you put your foot through the front door you are embodied by the beauty of both the house and the location. Perfect arrangements within the house, 5 star comfort at a fraction of the price! The 'hounds' absolutley loved the dog friendly beach right at your front door. Everything is catered for! This house is the perfect escape for either a romnatic weekend away, or for the large family! Will be seeing you again....
