The lounge room has TV, Austar and DVD. All living areas overlook the large wrap around patio with stunning glass fenced pool and outdoor entertainment areas.

Upstairs is devoted to sleeping space with a large Master bedroom, equally large ensuite bathroom, another Queen bedroom and a bedroom with Twin singles or King. The unique design of this house allows for double ceiling height in the living room and an open, airy feel to the upstairs. Both the Queen and Master bedroom have direct access to the large wrap around veranda and offer fantastic views of the sea and beach. Each room has a large built-in mirrored wardrobe.

Fully screened and airconditioned, this house is located at the southern end of Four Mile Beach, close to a delicatessen, video store, pub, liquor outlet and restaurants.

The accommodation is self catered with gourmet kitchen facilities, entertaining areas and a fully fenced swimming pool.
