Featuring eclectic tropical architecture and styling, the Surya complex has an enviable position right on Four Mile Beach. Situated directly behind Bruno Redwig Park, Surya offers direct beach access plus all the facilities of the park including beachfront BBQ's, playground equipment and large grassed areas.

Each villa has a private courtyard, their own BBQ plus upper balconies. Facilities within each of the three bedroom/two bathroom villas include TV, DVD, dishwasher, laundry facilities plus separate secure underground parking for two vehicles per apartment.

Villa One boasts its own private garden with grassed area and a gate leading to the park and beach. Sliding glass doors from the living area open out to the covered veranda with dining table and chairs as well as a large daybed and a servery from the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located between the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The master bedroom is located upstairs with views from the veranda over the park to the beach, an office nook and generous en suite bathroom. Downstairs the second and third bedrooms share a full size bathroom.

Villa Nine is located adjacent to the pool within the complex, two bedrooms are located upstairs sharing a full size bathroom. The living area opens out to an outdoor dining area with day bed. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area completes the living space. The master bedroom with ensuite is also located on the lower level.

These prices are all inclusive. The number of guests must not exceed the number of beds provided. The accommodation is self catered with gourmet kitchen facilities, entertaining areas and access to a fully fenced swimming pool. Linen, towels, beach towels and a weekly cleaning service after 8 days are included in the tariff. Hair dryers are supplied and this property is equipped with a barbeque.
