Two brand new holiday guest houses only 5 mins stroll to the beautiful Jan Juc beach, shops and local reserve. Bells Beach and stunning Great Ocean Road a short 5 minutes drive. Luxuriously appointed open plan living, each with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6-8), 2 bathrooms (includes spa and double-headed shower) and 2 living areas with the comfort of air-conditioning/heating, plasma TV, DVD and stereo. Both have an outdoor entertainment deck with BBQ facilities, single car garage and additional car space. Available peak season $2000 per week. Shoulder period/School holidays $1500 per week. Off peak $1000 per week or $280 per night (2 night min stay). Long Weekends $250 per night 3 night minimum stay. Linen Provided.

Bed Linen, Towels, Pillow Slips, Bath Mat, Tea Towels etc are bring your own in standard holiday letting however if you require all property linen we offer a linen for hire service at a once off fee. Please enquire for further information and pricing.
