This house is mainly for families. It is strictly not for parties, functions and groups under 30yrs of age. sorry! NOW WITH FOXTEL- Alot of care and effort has gone into making this house a great gettaway for a holiday. This fully furnished original beach house has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Surrounded by trees and views and gardens gives this home a private feel. Walk down the front lawn stairway to beach. A Flat 100-200mtre walk will take you to the lagoon and beach, and shops. Fenced in front yard for kids and behaved dogs. Large veranda with Views to ocean and lagoon with NO HOUSES IN FRONT OF YOU! Just water and trees. Polished Floors, Open Plan living/kitchen- kitchen is very well with new DISHWASHER, 2 fridges, and split system AIRCONDITIONER. New BBQ on deck. The house is fully furnished. LIving room has leather loungesuite with small dining table and another table plus fireplace- Main Bedroom has new queen size bedroom suite, Bed 2-Queen Bed opening to back garden, Bed 3 double bed with single and a set of single bunks Bed 4/ Rumpus Room Seperate entry onto back courtyard with Double bed/single on top- this gives you options if you are couples or a families. 80 In house videos with two DVD,s, TVs/Video players, Sony Playstation 2, and Stereo. and Full seperate laundry facilities, walk in 5 min to shops, Parks, Lagoon, Beach, tennis courts, fishing spots, golf, House trained pets ok. The only thing you bring is linen and towels. Please note that Copacabana is a residential area and I respect my neighbors who live near me-it is fine to have a great relaxing holiday but note that this home is not to be used for events such as bucks parties, schoolies celebrations or similar events etc. Thank you!! NO music after 11:00- or close the doors!

Located between Avoca Beach and McMasters Beach, with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD). "Copa" is reknown for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort, surf beaches, golf courses (at Gosford and Woy Woy) and restaurants. A 20 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza, 10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old time cinema. Also for the golfer only 10 minutes drive to Kincumber driving range and also shops, supermarket, Cinema, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports. Surf club & patrolled northern end of Copa beach with a rock pool and playground perfect for snorkelling and younger children. Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa youll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast

Copacabana ("Copa") has a relaxed seaside village atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks. If you are looking for a commercialised, developed beach resort - then you wont find it at Copa. This seaside village has a laid back atmosphere, so if you are looking for a great beach to catch up on your tan and is safe for the kids or if you are a keen surfer then Copa is for you. Copa is situated close to other popular beaches such as Avoca, Terrigal and McMasters. Copa Shells is an easy 5 minute flat walk to surf beach and local village shops & cafes, where you can enjoy a or have brunch at the local cafes or a seafood or steak dinner at the Wbreakfat, lunch, and dinner at local cafes or seafood and steak at White Sands Rest. (Theres also a great takeaway for those looking for a hamburger and chips hit!) Stroll or jog along the beach, go for an early morning surf or swim; try kayaking on the lagoon, bushwalk one of the many trails, take the kids fishing or for a game of tennis or a round of golf in the afternoon.
