Please note we offer 4 separate cottages, which may be booked individually (for 2-7 guests) or together (up to 19 guests), and we require a 2 night minimum stay.

THE 3 BEDROOM AUSTRALIAN COTTAGE CAN SLEEP 6 GUESTS IN 3 QUEEN BEDS.

THE 2 BEDROOM FEDERATION COTTAGE CAN SLEEP 4 GUESTS IN 2 QUEEN BEDS.

THE 3 BEDROOM COOROORA COTTAGE CAN SLEEP 7 GUESTS IN 3 QUEEN BEDS AND 1 SINGLE SOFA BED IN THE LOUNGE.

THE 1 BEDROOM STUDIO SUITE CAN SLEEP 2 GUESTS IN 1 QUEEN BED.

Luxury self-contained 2 & 3 bedroom cottages (each bedroom in all cottages has one queen size bed in it) with air conditioning, private laundry, bbq, carport and verandahs from only $195 which covers 2 guests per day (each extra guest is charged an additional $25 per day, IE 3 guests $220 etc. there is no charge for children who are in cots) The one bedroom Studio Suite with 1 queen bed and its own lounge-kitchen and bathroom is only $150 p/d/n.

Your family and pets will enjoy 97 secluded acres with extensive bushtrails, creek system, rock pond and open mowed areas. Although pets are allowed inside the cottage (as at home) but they must NOT be left inside the cottage unattended, or allowed on the furniture or bedding. Each cottage has a gated verandah which can serve as a kennel. The managers residence also has a kennel should guests depart for a day trip electing to leave their pet. PLEASE ADVISE US IF BRINGING A PET MAX 2 PETS.
As we are a small business cancellations greatly affect us hence a 50% deposit is required on the total accommodation cost to be able to confirm. A minimum deposit of $195.00 (2 people for 2 nights) is required for a 2 night stay.
Our refund policy is full refund up to 30 days before less a 20% booking fee. 50% refund up till 15 days before and no refund if cancelled within 15 days.

Location

Cooroy is located beside the Bruce Highway, just 19 kms west of Noosa Heads in the Noosa Hinterland. Our neighboring towns are Eumundi and Pomona.

Local Attractions

Most Noosa and Sunshine Coast tourist attractions within 30 minutes drive or less.
