Location

Sink into the sumptuous silence of a lakeside setting in the cool, clean air of the Grampians, just ninety minutes west of Ballarat

No traffic, no trams, no meetings, no mobiles.

Bring the kids and the dog (by prior arrangement some breeds of dogs are not suitable) and relax by the lake with your glass of wine. No traffic to worry about leave the hassels of the traffic behind, the kanagroos and birds won't bother your too much. The kids will enjoy the bikes, fishing rods and canoes spending their holidays in the Grampians. Pets allowed inside on their own beds or in the fenced dog areas on the property.

Having a newspaper delivered and being able to borrow videos was a nice touch too. The accommodation was quite a novelty, perhaps a few too many breeze blocks exposed inside, but I am sure this would not be an issue in the warmer months."
