The home is also just 60 seconds walk from the Tram, just 10 minutes comfortable ride to the CBD. Blackwattle Bay and its beautiful harbour tracks are just 2 minutes walk away (see photo). Rozelle Markets are 10 minutes walk away, as is Annandale Village and Leichhardt, the Italian heart of Sydney. The Tram takes you in 10 minutes, past Glebe (restaurant heaven), Star City Casino, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Paddy's Markets and on to Central railway station. Car parking is plentiful, not that you need much of it considering how close public transport is.

The house currently has 3 large bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, large lounge room and family area and a laundry with second bathroom. The large, double storey balcony enables two separate entertaining areas to be active at the same time. All floors are renovated and polished Baltic Pine. The Master bedroom has its own self-contained under-cover balcony.

This house is available for holiday accommodation between 15th November and early January, say 2nd or 3rd. All mod cons are provided. Everything you have in your own home is here and included in the price: all linen and crockery, towels, washing machine, dryer, digital TV (x2), 2 computers connected to high speed 5MB ADSl2 broadband. Sound system, DVD player, all household appliances. Electricity, broadband charges and other service fees are included in the price. All you have to do is put the garbage out. There are 2 queen sized beds and one double. The main section of the house is air-conditioned. The minimum stay is 14 days.

There is a cleaning fee of $250 deductable from bond only if the house is not left clean and tidy.
