This modern family home has everything you need for a relaxed holiday at one of Queensland's safest and cleanest beaches. The house, built in 2002, has three bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate up to six people. The large entertainment deck enjoys uninterrupted views over Currimundi Lake. The surf beach is a little more than 5 minutes walk along the lake shore.
Located just to the north of Caloundra and minutes away from Mooloolaba and the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland Currimundi House is ideally located for your Queensland beach holiday. Enjoy whale watching from May to September from Mooloolaba or Brisbane and the family will treasure a visit to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo nearby.
The property is fully fenced with ample outdoor shelter for your dog. Pets, however, are not permitted inside the house.
Currimundi is one of the Sunshine Coast's best kept secrets.

great holiday.... Is very close to shops and services, but is so quiet and peaceful. Love sitting on teh front deck and the lake is great for a paddle. The dog loves it too....

An excellent location in a peaceful setting with good views of Currimundi Creek from the front verandah of the house. A pleasant 10-minute walk through the paperbark trees to Currimundi Lake & beach. The house was very spacious, comfortable and a great, secure dog-friendly yard. Highly recommended !

A Great House! The only thing was the two back bedrooms got really hot in the day even with the air con on, we found this hard when giving our 1 year old and 3 year old there day sleeps. On an overcast day the rooms were fine. Maybe some insulation,shade or blinds would help. Other than that a great house in a super location, easy walk to Currimundi!

Had a really good holiday at Currumundi House. The house is perfectly situated on the lake and just a lovely walk to dog friendly beaches. Easy maintenance house makes a no fuss holiday. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Currimundi House over Easter. The location was perfect and the accommodation of a very high standard - comfortable beds and excellent facilities made for a perfect family holiday. Lots of things to do, including walking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, swimming in the lake, surfing at the beach, and visiting the attractions in the region. And then lazing on the verandah afterwards taking in the view and the breeze. We can't wait to go again!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. It was also great that there were two bathrooms as we were a family of seven. The kitchen was well equipped, with ample crockery and cutlery for our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the verandah, watching the fish jumping in the lake! Its location was ideal for exploring the Sunshine Coast and its interesting hinterland. We also appreciated our host, Kieran, who was very kind and helpful. Lovely house, clean and very spacious. Walking/cycling track right across a very quiet street. short stroll to the local servo for papers & milk. No restaurants very close, Woolies supermarket - short drive up the road. Dogs loved the large secure yard. Great sunn deck out the front for dog/people watching. Love it, will try and get back to stay again.

An excellent location for a relaxing week or three.
Right on the lake and a short stroll to the surf which was crystal clear. The sun shone, the birds chirped and fish flopped (occasionally).
The property was in fine shape with all in good order.
We hope to get the opportunity again sometime soon.

What a find! A lovely modern, spacious house with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and secure yard for the dogs. We spent many hours enjoying the lake views from the verandah sitting in comfy armchairs. Our dogs enjoyed the dog-friendly beach nearby. A well-used cycling/walking path across the road leads to cafes. Next year we'll return and add kayaking to list of activities. Can't wait.

Private sanctuary for the parents and perfect bike path and swimming lake for the kids...so close by.

My 2 grown up children and little grandchildren found the place delightful. The lake across the road was ideal for swimming, kayaking & fishing. Even big kids having fun! The breeze on the deck was so refreshing during the day and night, with an easy view of the lake. Plenty of space for 3 families, easy access for walks and shopping. Absolutely fantastic! Great spot! Great house! Fishing, swimming, kyaking, relaxing, BBQ on the beach, walking, push bike riding, exercise equipment in the park, swings, Caloundra and Maroochydore 10 minutes away, we did it all and we want to come back and do it again.

This house is beautifully located overlooking the lake with a lovely shaded walking track along the foreshores leading to the surf beach. This offers
the choice of the surf beach or the calm waters of the lake. The house is very roomy and comfortable with great decks and a sizeable yard. It's a great family home.
