This beautiful property has every conceivable comfort. It is luxurious and spacious (45+ squares) and offers total privacy, set in a delightful beachfront setting on the beautiful Coffs Coast. Throw a tennis ball to the ocean. The award winning designer has created a sun soaked house and deck which fully captures the perfect north east facing orientation.
The soaring ceilings and windows fill the house with natural light. Every bedroom and living area has as itÃÂÃÂs own individual air conditioner. Walk straight out the door down the path and you are on the beach, approx 50 metres away. This house has got it all!
There are restaurants, coffee shops and day spa in walking distance along the beachfront. This beach is also pet friendly.
Third Floor - Master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted tv, dvd and an amazing en suite. Watch the ships pass as you relax in the large sunken spa. Oversized walk in robe and private balcony with fantastic views and There is also a fully equipped gymnasium on this level. Watch the dolphins as you stay in shape.
Second Floor - A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with tv, icemaker fridge, gas cooking, cappuccino machine. Lounge room is spacious and has seating to suit all tastes and includes flat screen tv, Austar, dvd and cd player with large sun soaked deck overlooking the lap pool and ocean glimpses.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level. Second bedroom has queen size bed, walk in robe and direct access to main bathroom with spa and separate shower. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, one is double with single bunk above and the other is 2 single bunks. This room has itÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs own en suite, walk in robe and private deck.
Ground Floor- Separate lounge with wet bar, tv, and gaming console. Suitable for children or elderly people with limited mobility. Bifold doors opening to lap pool and barbeque area. Large bedroom with queen bed and spacious ensuite. There is also a double lock up garage, fully equipped laundry and fenced backyard suitable for a dog with permission from management.
