The open plan living area comprising kitchen, dinning and lounge is fitted out with leather sofas, LCD TV and state-of-the-art home theatre system, a full sized modern kitchen with European appliances, and dining table seating 6. Adjacent to the downstairs living area is an additional toilet and separate laundry.

The property is extremely secure, with a secure gated front courtyard leading to the front door, rear lockable roller door and security alarm. Other features of the property include ducted air-conditioning and a second floor balcony.

The property is located on the Western side of the Adelaide CBD, within walking distance to all of the CBD’s shopping and tourist attractions, as well as the city’s major transport hubs. Only minutes away by car is Adelaide’s domestic and international airport, or you can drive or catch a tram down to Glenelg Beach, Adelaide’s premier beachside destination.

The property is situated just a stones throw from Adelaide’s famous Central Market (the largest under cover produce market in the southern hemisphere), where you can experience the international flavours and vibrancy of South Australia’s multicultural community.

Bordering the Central Market is Gouger Street, where you can experiences Adelaide dining at its best, encompassing a vast of international cuisines and award winning restaurants. Around the corner from Gouger Street is The Hilton Hotel, featuring the award winning Grange restaurant headed by the world renowned master chef Cheong Liew. If you’re after a more laid back atmosphere, or just a quick bite to eat, visit the authentic Asian eateries of Chinatown, located adjacent to the Central Market.
