This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beach house in Old Halls Head is only 1 min walk to the popular north facing Doddis beach. Great for swimming or fishing.
There are ocean views from the front door and the upstairs balcony and is situated close to shops and boat ramp.
There is plenty of room for a boat out the front or a game of cricket with the kids in the backyard.
Hire canoes and spend a morning on the estuary or take a boat trip around the canals.
Just a 2 minute walk to the new Dome Cafe for a coffee or a light meal and only a 2 minute drive to the Mandurah town centre.
For magnificent sunset views, sit back and relax with a glass of wine on the back decked patio or walk upstairs to enjoy ocean views from the balcony.
AMENITIES
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open lounge and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
Laundry equipped with washing machine and second fridge.
Bedding configuration is as follows:
B1 1 queen with ensuite & TV.
B2 1 queen
B3 1 queen
B4 1 bunk[2 singles] & single bed
Sofa bed
There is a gas BBQ and 8 seater outdoor setting located on back decking area, all undercover. The house also has a reverse cycle air conditioner or if you prefer, there is a cozy wood fire for those cold winter nights.
Blankets and pillows are supplied, you will need to provide your own towels and bed linen. If requested, this can also be supplied for a fee of $20pp.
BOOKING FEE
Our normal terms are $400 deposit paid at time of booking. This $400 is used as a booking fee/deposit and 'security bond' when you eventually take possession of the property. This 'security bond' is refunded after check out, provided the property is left in the condition in which you found it.
Please confine smoking to the outdoor areas.
Please note that, whilst we want you to have a great holiday at our house we do not allow parties and the number of people at the house must not exceed the number listed on your booking confirmation form.
Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to check in.
Check in time is 2pm.
Check out must be 10am. Late check out can be arranged upon request.
