Friday $110

Peak: $130 - $160.

One small dog only at managers permission only
Must BYO all bedding for your own beds no hire option...
Sorry no pets for Peak Periods.

Bedding available for hire at $10.00 per bed once off or BYO bedding (sheets, blankets, towels, pillows)

Xmas - January $20.00 charge,. change off towels, bathmat, tea-towel half way weekly stay.

Deposits: Reservations are essential.

Minimum booking periods apply during these periods and payment of 30% of total balance is required in advance. All other times require one nights deposit paid in advance. Reservations are desirable at all other times and particularly so for weekends between September and April, Melbourne Cup and school holidays.

Arrivals and Departures: Check In Time - After 2.00 PM, Check Out Time - By 10.00 AM - Earlier \"check ins\" and late \"check outs\" may be possible, but prior arrangements must be made.


Cancellations: A fee equivalent to one nights tariff at published rate is charged on any cancellation.
Peak periods a 2 night fee equivalent for cancellation is charged.

NO refunds on early departures.

Town centre, 100 metres to Hotels (Tab, Pokies), Restaurants, Cafes, Shops & Rainbow Park.

250 metres to Beach.

Short drive to Wineries and Golf Courses. Half way between Phillip Island Penguin Parade and Wilsons Promontory National Park.

10 minutes drive to Wonthaggi 20 minutes drive to Leongatha and Phillip Island 45 minutes drive to Wilsons Promontory

The credit card that is used for payment for accommodation will be the one liable if any damages are made to property by quests.
