Our fully furnished modern 4 bedroom home is your ideal Family Getaway. Your own glistening swimming pool at your back door keeps the family entertained. Positioned on the lake have a go at fishing or catch a yabbie or two.
It can accommodate up to 2 families with two queen bedrooms, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
The home has an en suite and separate bathroom featuring a claw foot bath.
If boating's your thing, the house has ample parking for your boat and the boat ramp is just 2km's away. A community tennis court is available down the road for tennis enthusiasts.
Enjoy outdoor country dining or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.
If golf's your forte' why not grab a courtesy bus or go for a quick stroll to Rich River Golf Club, just opposite our entrance.
We provide everything you would expect in your home away from home.
This home is not pet friendly.
Anniesway has an outdoor 8 seater Spa.
A fee of $25 for the afternoon is charged for guests wishing to use the spa.
The spa is automatically programmed to operate only between 2pm to 6pm during Daylight Saving Hours and between1pm to 5pm for the rest of the year.
Other times will NOT be negotiated.
This complies with the Local Community Association Regulations.
If you wish to book the spa you must notify Annie in advance.
We are situated approximatly 3 hours north of Melbourne on the Murray River. The estate is 2 kms from Safeway Market Place and 2.5kms from the heart of Moama.
Just around the corner is Rich River Golf Club with two 18 hole golf courses, great entertainment, meals to suit all budgets and complete N.S.W gaming.
All of Moama's Clubs have a courtesy bus to pick you up and drop you off home.
