Description

Riverside is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive residence fully equipped for a relaxing family &/or friends holiday.

Looking West up the Hastings River, relaxing on the veranda is a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

A sandy beach (tidal) provides great access for swimming, fishing & boating. The water gets deeper gradually so there is no sudden drop off to worry about.

Large open plan living & the sleeping configuration allows for families or groups of families to enjoy time together without over crowding.

The lounge area is equipped with a large lounge suite, LCD TV, DVD, & entertainment centre.

The recently added games room is seperate from the living area & will provide plenty of entertainment should the weather not be favourable.

The bedroom configuration is 2 x Queen (1 with walk through robe & ensuite), 1 x double, 1 with 2 singles & a bunk room with 4 singles. (There is also a sofa bed off the main living area)

All bedrooms are upstairs with the exception of the bunk room. The main bathroom upstairs is equipped with spa. The third bathroom is located downstairs, adjacent to the bunk room.

The laundry is fitted with washing machine & clothes dryer.

The kitchen is modern & spacious.

Location

Riverside is located on the north side of the Hastings River, Port Macquarie.

Access is via the Hibbard (Boundary St) or Settlement Point car ferries however don\'t let this deter you as one runs 24/7 & the short ferry ride enhances the \"getting away\" feeling.

The quiet area is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Just minutes from the ferries, all the attractions of Port Macquarie & district are available or alternatively just relax & enjoy all that Riverside has to offer.

Things to do

Swim, canoe or just relax.
Fish off the shore in front of the house or hire a boat to fish up river.
Live bait (yabbies) can be pumped on the sand beds.
Dolphins often cruise the river & koala\'s live in the area.
For a day trip take a drive to Crescent Head or Point Plummer (dirt road).
Go for a surf off the North Wall.
The seperate games room with pool table, dart board, X Box & board games will provide evening entertainment options or things to do if the weather is not favourable.
