Susan & Paul's Seaview Retreat!

Like staying at your own holiday home - our Grantville hideaway has everything you could want!

About an hour's drive from Melbourne - you can avoid the madness of Phillip Island but still be near enough to visit all the best bits of it!

Massive sea facing deck with large BBQ - huge variety of native birds including King Parrots, Rainbow Loriqueets, Crimson Rosellas and even Black Cockatoos!

It's a three bedroom house which is clean and modern. Fully furnished with 2 TVs, VCR, 2 DVD players, wood fire, washing machine, heating and cooling. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, cook top and oven, and filtered water on tap. Main bedroom has an ensuite with full sized bath and its own television and DVD player.

We love relaxing on the rear deck and enjoying the fantastic sea views across Westernport to French Island whilst having a BBQ...we hope you can too!

  • "This place was simply great. The house was comfortable and spacious(the pictures don't do it justice)as was the balcony. The balcony is a wide blue deck that overlooks the beach and sorrounding greenery. Confined to a quiet suburb, the experience is humbling and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and large, the kitchen spacious and modern, the lounge warming and family-oriented. Overall the place is ideal to relax and have a quite time with your intimates away from the busyness of the city. Will come again. "

  • "The Seaview Retreat is a perfect place to relax for a weekend. It is well located close to Melbourne yet within easy driving distance of Phillip Island. The house is spacious and can easily accomodate a large number in its three clean and fresh looking bedrooms plus living room. The enormous deck allows for comfortable watching of colourful birds at close hand while enjoying the view of Westernport Bay. The entire house is amazingly well supplied with everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We have never seen a better organized or supplied kitchen. The owners deserve huge compilments for maintaining such a lovely house. The local shops seemed to lack a supermarket but have essentials. We would be very happy to visit again."

The view from the deck and lounge areas was spectacular with the numerous species of bird life on display, as well as panoramic views reaching from Phillip Island around to French Island included. Overall, a very well designed living space for a family or two. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
