Only 1.5km from Mt Martha Village shops and cafes. Great for sailing as only 1km from yacht & life saving club! Enjoy the sights and amenities of the Peninsula from this centrally located home.

Indoor Features

A 40\" LCD TV with a DVD player enables you to enjoy movies in comfort. A smaller TV with Game Cube and DVD player means the children can watch their own movies or
play games separately.

There are 2 living areas both with comfortable lounges
which allows room for everyone. Newly renovated, it is
a lovely comfortable home to holiday at.
